Penelope Cruz joined her boys Woody Allen and Javier Bardem at the San Sebastian Film Festival for the red carpet premiere of Vicky Cristina Barcelona on Saturday. Penelope looked stunning in her black D&G gown, which just happened to be the same dress we saw in white on January Jones at the Emmys last night — vote here on who wore it better. We're excited to see Penelope and Javier together, but it looks like her red carpet kisses were saved for Woody rather than any PDA with her man.

After making a grand entrance into the San Sebastian Film Festival, Javier Bardem got to work promoting Vicky Cristina Barcelona at a photo call yesterday after attending opening ceremonies. This morning he got all dressed up to accept the National Cinematography Award with his mom by his side. After his amazing year racking up prizes for No Country For Old Men, Javier is well-versed in collecting praise and trophies, but he still does it with that humble smirk we love so much.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Its Stars Look Smoking Hot

The steamy stars of Vicky Cristina Barcelona did not disappoint, bringing a little bit of glamor to Hollywood last night for its big red carpet premiere. It's hard to say which of the lovely ladies looked most spectacular between Penelope in black, Salma in white, and Scarlett very much living up to her name. Night and day from her Teen Choice dress, but boo on no Ryan Reynolds again. Javier, sigh, so hot, enough said. Woody was there to stand with his exceptionally beautiful cast. At a press conference over the weekend he talked about the movie's hot scenes, saying, "They just kiss and kiss and kiss . . . And then when it's over, that's it. Lunch! And there you go. They're actors. There's nothing to it. They're kissing for a couple minutes, there, and I watch, and then it's over. And we move on to the next thing." Something tells me the viewers won't be so nonchalant watching all those scenes up on the big screen.

Pretty Penelope Promotes While Scarlett Pouts

Penelope Cruz looked stunning promoting Vicky Cristina Barcelona in Cannes Saturday, but there were two very noticeable no shows — her costars Scarlett Johansson and Javier Bardem. While Javier, who recently dropped out of a movie due to exhaustion, apparently skipped the event for family reasons, Scarlett's excuse is more dramatic. Apparently the starlet didn't come after the studio refused to fulfill her demands including her own make-up consultant and a separate hotel away from where the rest of her costars were staying. With her album coming out this week, maybe she's just too busy to make the trek, but hopefully all these gorgeous costars can meet up for at least one red carpet to promote their sexy new movie. Leighton Meester reaped one of the more fashionable benefits of starring on Gossip Girl, posing with Donatella herself at the Versace Menswear Launch at Barneys in NYC yesterday — get Leighton's look here. Donatella left her adorable furry friend at home for the event and seemed to be more interested in weighing in on Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's new baby. She hasn't met little Nahla yet, but is already making predictions about her beauty, saying, "I cannot imagine a better looking baby than this one." Maybe Donatella will have the whole family over soon — just don't expect it to be at the Versace villa in Lake Como.

Woody Allen and Colin Farrell looked a little uncomfortable on the red carpet premiere of Cassandra's Dream in NYC last night. Hopefully Colin was realizing what a bad hair decision he has made. For a man that can be so handsome, he certainly hides his hot. The movie looks pretty interesting, but sadly his costar Ewan McGregor wasn't there (he should be more places, shouldn't he?). Maybe even next time the boys come out to show off their movie they can crack a smile or two?

For two very handsome men, Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor were not living up to their steamy at the Toronto Film Festival premiere of Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream yesterday. Still with the kinda bad hair we saw in Venice. Blech, at least Ewan doesn't have a goatee. This Woody creation (with no Scarlett in sight!) seems more along the lines of Match Point than, say, Annie Hall - check out the preview here - but come on, there's got to be at least a few smiles with these two on screen.

Woody Allen premiered his Cassandra's Dream in Venice yesterday with the help of his cast members. Colin kept up his scruffy look while Ewan McGregor decided to try out an interesting new hairdo. Sure, they're no Brad and George, but these two look pretty chummy together smiling big on the red carpet. If crime thrillers and bad boys are your thing, you should definitely check out this film when it hits the theaters in November.

What is this! Ryan Reynolds visiting Scarlett on the set of hew new Woody Allen movie? Partaking in the on set lunch buffet? Intrigue! The two gorgeous actors were rumored to be seeing each other a while back during that complicated LoveSquare mess, but we've never actually seen them together until now. Obviously, this all could be nothing, I mean, I read that quote from Ryan about this very phenomenon. That being said, now that I see these two together it kinda works. At the very least, there's no harm in them hanging out being ridiculously good looking together.

Scarlett Still Documenting Her Third Woody Project

It looks like Javier and Scarlett enjoyed a little serenade on a break from filming the still untitled Woody Allen Barcelona movie yesterday afternoon. Scarlett may be playing a photographer on screen, but it looks like she's taking full advantage of her fancy prop even turning the camera on the awaiting paparazzi. Penelope made her cameo on set last week but was already nowhere to be seen here. That's all right, it looks like her costars and director were having a fine old time without her.

Scarlett sassed it up for a boat scene on the set of her unnamed Barcelona Woody Allen movie yesterday. We've yet to see any of her costars yet, but I swear they exist. At least there's a little change of pace, because it looks like she left her hot little camera on the shore to shoot this one. Still not sure if this film will be one of his classic comedies or something darker along the lines of Match Point -- obviously he's comfortable with his muse Scarlett's ability to carry either (and anything, for that matter).

Scarlett Johansson has yet to be joined by her costar Penelope, but she is still hard at work on the set of the untitled Woody Allen movie in Barcelona. Hey, maybe he's just making a video for his private collection...kidding, kidding. According to Allen, with this project he's looking to do for Barcelona what Manhattan did for his native city, "presented Manhattan to the world through my eyes." Well, with his muse ScarJo by his side, it'll be interesting to see what he comes out with this time.

Now this is the beautiful Scarlett we're used to! So much better than last week. She is in Barcelona on the set of her newest, as of now untitled, Woody Allen film. From the looks of it, she's playing some sort of photographer, but the rest is a mystery. Scarlett's been Woody's muse for a few years now (and obviously she thinks pretty highly of him, too), but he is adding a new leading lady this time around -- Penelope Cruz. Woody's a lucky guy getting to hang out with such gorgeous young women all the time!

She's "criminally sexy," Allen, 71, said in an e-mail sent to Vogue about his Match Point muse. "She is unlike anyone who has come before her, and while she is a much stronger actress in every way, there is a tiny bit of Marilyn Monroe in her zaftig humidity."
On JT: "We had fun together, but it's not like the first time I've ever hung out with him," she says. "I think this happens because we're both single and in the spotlight, and obviously Justin's a very high-profile person."
On Josh Hartnett:"I'd rather not comment on my personal life in that way," the actress says.

We don't blame Scarlett for wanting to keep as much of her personal life under wraps as she possibly can. She always seemed like a class act to us so we'll look forward to hearing whatever she feels like sharing about her future relationships - both professional and romantic.

Pretty Penelope Overseas

Fresh from the Oscars, Penelope once again looked fabulous as she walked the red carpet at Fotogramas Magazine Awards in Madrid. As always, she looked thrilled to be reunited with her favorite director and good friend Pedro Almodovar and pal Leonardo Sbaraglia, though you told us yesterday you would love to see her with Orlando. Expect to see lots more of Penelope abroad in the coming months. She begins filming with Woody Allen this summer in Barcelona. No word on whether she'll need to wear a fake butt for this movie also, but she apparently bonded with Helen Mirren over their similar faux-bootys worn in their Oscar nominated/winning roles.

Penelope flew in from Paris to LA to begin attending Oscar events. The actress looks amazing even after a 10-hour flight. Penelope scored her first best actress Oscar nomination for her work in Volver but she also signed on for her next role in a Woody Allen film. The movie will be shot this summer in Barcelona. Who knows, by that time she could be an Oscar winner as well.

Woody Allen is shooting his latest movie which for now is called Summer 2006 Project. We may not have an official title yet, but we do know Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor are sharing the big screen. The story is about two brothers with serious financial issues. When a third person suggests they turn to crime things get worse and the brothers become enemies. This could be a Woody Allen movie we make sure to see.
