Your favorite Hills girl, Whitney Port, didn't appear to be missing her friends back in LA yesterday as she got cozy with a new guy outside the Diane von Furstenberg offices in NYC. Judging from the cameras behind her, it looks like Whitney was working on her rumored new show, although for the time being she's still very much a part of The Hills' drama. On last night's episode, she got promoted at People's Revolution while things continued to heat up between Lo and Audrina. Lauren had yet another showdown with Heidi at Stephanie Pratt's birthday party, but between all those plot lines we still had our eyes on the food, gorgeous makeup, fashion and gadgets.

The Hills returned last night, and as promised there was plenty of drama. While the episode was all about emotional conversations, the girls were out in Malibu for a beach premiere party. They looked gorgeous in their party dresses, though Heidi's shoes look a little inconvenient for the sand — Audrina's bare feet are more like it. As for last night's episode, appears like Lo Bosworth is going to keep being the new villain on the show, while Audrina kind of seems over the whole thing. Doug is cute, but even from the previews that doesn't last long, and LC has a new guy in her life anyway. As for Heidi and Spencer, well, we all know how that conflict turns out. At least the food looked good and the drinks were flowing — were you paying attention? Did you watch last night? What did you think about the season four premiere?

LC and Lo Do Something Before the Teen Choice Awards!

To help kick off the Teen Choice Awards weekend, Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth came out for the Do Something Awards pre-party in LA on Saturday. LC grabbed lunch looking adorable on Friday, before the girls looked pretty in white the following afternoon to give the award to a 13-year old leukemia patient who worked to encourage minorities to join the donor registry. After doing their part to give back, we expect to see them all dressed up again for tonight's Teen Choice Awards red carpet! The show doesn't air until tomorrow night, but the show tapes tonight and we'll be covering the action as it happens. Lauren Conrad signed autographs outside of Crown Bar in West Hollywood last night with BFF Lo right by her side. Even Hills co-star and ex — with his own show on the way — Brody showed up to hang out with the girls. Lauren sported those summer braids she loves so much, and from the looks of the season four trailer (after the jump) we'll be seeing a lot more of the hairstyle! Other exciting things to look forward to include Lauren's new boy toy, tension escalating between Audrina and Lo and of course more of the epic Lauren/Heidi duel. Sounds like the perfect cheesy drama to tide us over until August rolls around.

The Hills Lives on After Another Season Comes to a Close

The cast of The Hills and their friends celebrated their "big" season finale with a party in Beverly Hills last night. We thought the whole episode was kinda blah, but at least there were some cute outfits, cool gadgets, and pretty looks on all of the ladies. Lauren, Lo, and Audrina played nicely last night, but noticeably absent from the festivities were Heidi and Spencer. We don't want to point fingers, but it wouldn't be the first time the couple was banned from a party. LC and Heidi may never put their drama to rest, but apparently Brody and Spencer finally managed to bury their hatchet — will season four be about the ladies following their lead?

All the girls — Whitney, Audrina, LC . . . and Mariah Carey — came out in Times Square last night to celebrate the much-anticipated premiere of the new season of The Hills. Noticeably absent, of course, was one Miss Heidi Montag, or should I say future Mrs. Pratt. I think we can all agree that she's not much of a feminist hero, but it was pretty awesome when she kicked Spencer to the curb last night — even if we know their breakup didn't exactly stick. The showdown between Heidi and Spencer in Crested Butte (heh) was just the beginning.

Lauren and Whitney finally got to take their trip to Paris to help Teen Vogue with the Crillon Ball. There was drama (as we already knew) with Brody and his new girlfriend back in LA, but it was out of sight out of mind as she got her midnight motorcycle ride around Paris after the ball. Very romantic, no? But then it was "back to reality," as Whitney said, and the girls headed back to LA — and to all the drama that has yet to unfold, including, ugh, more Stephanie Pratt.
