The Milk premiere brought out Hollywood actors, political figures and the movie's real life inspirations in SF last night. Sean Penn walked the red carpet with Robin by his side but skipped chatting with reporters to greet fans. TR Knight and his boyfriend came to support the film along with the stars of the movie including Josh Brolin, Diego Luna, Alison Pill and happy to return to his home James Franco.

Real life BFFs Katherine Heigl and TR Knight took a break from work as George and a possibly dying Izzie for a shopping trip at The Americana in Glendale yesterday. These days, Grey's isn't the only thing on Katherine's plate — among other projects she is producing and starring in the polygamist movie Escape. She recently opened up about her own Mormon upbringing while talking about her life.

Katherine Heigl took a break from her life of backyard bikini leisure to house hunt with TR Knight and his boyfriend in LA yesterday. The BFFs will be back at work soon and after the past few weeks it sounds like Katherine can use all the friends she can get on set. While TR has stayed quiet about the controversy, of course, her husband is happy to stick up for his girl.

Saturday night was The 7th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in support of Chrysalis, a fundraiser that helps the homeless find jobs and homes. Almost the entire cast of Grey's Anatomy as well as other big names like Ashton and Demi came out to lend a hand for this great cause. Kutcher, who only had eyes for Demi, reunited with some of his That '70s Show costars like the always adorable Mila Kunis and Topher Grace.

Some of the hottest stars of the small screen were out Saturday night for another night of GLAAD Media Awards, this time in LA. Becki Newton looked ready for Summer in her yellow dress posing with on screen BFF Michael Urie. Both were honored when the cast of Ugly Betty won Outstanding Comedy Series for the second year in a row.
