Spencer Pratt had lunch with his sister as they filmed a scene for
The Hills yesterday before meeting up with Heidi Montag for dinner and a photo op in LA. During the election, the couple were outwardly
pro McCain/Palin, but they recently talked about
Proposition 8 and Heidi revealed she's "very for equal rights."
Spencer said, "Like I've always said: Heidi's hair and makeup people are some of my favorite homosexuals on the planet, and if they want to marry each other, I'm not about to be like, 'Don't.'" Leave it to Spencer to have an answer like that, but at least they're
among the celebrities speaking out about this controversial issue.

The
Emmys aren't until Sunday, but a bunch of stars already got the party started at the style lounges in LA yesterday. Ashley Tisdale, Bar Refaeli, and Stephanie Pratt were just a few of the ladies who took advantage of the opportunity to stock up on new shades, bags, and shoes among other sweet swag. Without Sienna by his side, Balthazar Getty got some male bonding time with Eric Dane before they support their respective shows on Sunday night.

The Hills returned last night, and as promised there was plenty of drama. While the episode was all about emotional conversations, the girls were out in Malibu for a beach premiere party. They looked gorgeous in their party dresses, though Heidi's shoes look a little inconvenient for the sand — Audrina's bare feet are more like it.

The ladies of
The Hills celebrated their
Fourth of July in style at the DKNY Jeans Beach house with a few of their friends. LC, Audrina, Lo, and Stephanie showed off those
bikini bodies poolside and on the water slide, taking a few breaks for cocktails and to monitor the music selection. The girls even treated their guests to a yummy feast thanks to
Bobby Flay.

It was another busy day with her
Hills posse for Lauren Conrad, who hung out with Stephanie Pratt during the daylight hours before hitting up Crown bar with Lo last night. Her other reality show cohorts didn't get any LC love, and it looks like we'll be seeing even less of Whitney in the next season of the show — word is
she's getting her own spin-off. The show will follow Port in NYC, working at People's Revolution and finding her own new circle of friends.
