My Review
First of all I'd like to note that I, thankfully, didn't pay full price for this. I got it for quite cheap, but not even the discounted price can make up for how awful I thought this was.

Maybe I'm applying it wrong, but I thought the first step of putting the creamy formula on would dry clear. It didn't. Then I thought, okay well the coloured part must have really good coverage. It didn't. It felt clumpy and sticky in the bottle, and it felt the same on my lashes. They were left looking like really small twigs, as opposed to the long lustrous lashes promised. Not only that but as I mentioned the first step leaves a white formula on the lashes, so the parts that weren't covered by the second brush were left a very obvious white, but the parts that were covered turned an odd dark-grey colour. all in all my lashes feel heavy and, sticky. ew.

Update
Thanks for everyone's advice. I tried putting on a small amount of the primer and letting it dry first, but it still went on quite heavy, gathering the lashes together, rather than separating them. The mascara coat didn't help the clumpiness and pretty much made sure the lashes stuck together really well. Plus it's very difficult to clean off, but somehow manages to run when it's raining . Anyhow, feel free to in this products general direction now!

This is the clumpiest, crappiest mascara I have ever used. I have another Estee Lauder mascara (More Than Mascara) that I like just fine, so WTF is up with this? The tube is huge, fat, and bulky, and the product itself is just garbage. Steer clear unless you want to comb your lashes with a clean brush for five minutes after you apply it. It's not only clumpy, but you have to fight with the clumps to get them out. It also makes your lashes stick together- not in a good way. Boo!

AP news has announced that Prince Charles plans to get married on Friday even if it is the same day as the Pope's funeral. The Pope's funeral date has not yet been set, but apparently the wedding must go on.

I guess they feel like they have waited for so long to be together that nothing can stand in their way anymore. Those crazy Royals.

The Newlyweds are Finished

I finally got around to watching the series finale of Newlyweds on MTV. First off, I was totally mislead to thinking this was a new episode, not a filler show with all old clips. There was maybe 4 minutes of new footage. Second, all they kept talking about was selling the house, and then after packing and all, they decide not to.

It was fun to remember why we laugh and love Jessica and Nick. The thing that's so nice about them is they realize this show put them on the map. While they may be getting to famous for their own good and therefore trouble has been brewing, the thank you at the end of the show is an example of their true gratitude to their fans.

Clearly the couple is having fun times in this pic - Nicks eyes look a bit glassy, but still looking happier than they have in the past. I really think they are made for each other (but I felt the same way about Brad and Jen so what do I really know).

Lost is back

Over the weeks there has been a lot of speculation over who will die on Lost. Last night's episode is clearly setting up that Boone will take the hit maybe even the same episode we get a new character, Claire's baby. We won't write him off yet, maybe the writers are just screwing with us.

Locke is on a mission and at the end of last night's episode we were all stunned as this light appears out of no where. Lost won the time slot with over 17M viewers - you would think with such a solid show we would have no repeats until summer - come on FOX produce more Lost so our questions are answered.

Showdog Moms and Dads

WOW these people are scary. While I love my dogs, I am psyched I have more hobbies in life because these poor dogs are with some crazy people. The craziest is the mom and son show team Moira and Adam. They take things so seriously. This poor kids could use some help.

George and Connie are straight out of the movie Best in Show. She could be the Parker Posey character and he could be any of those men in the pressed red blazers. Scary.

Brandon and Ryan, the quintessential gay guys are clearly just trying to get on TV. They have never showed dogs before and all they care about is dressing them up and whitening their teeth. Nice.

Hopefully the opening episode is a lot of background and it will get more exciting for the dogs and us.

Jessica is out

I knew the Leann Rimes song was a mistake. Jessica took the news pretty well, but why anyone would say that they did not expect to be in the bottom three should just not open their mouth. They clearly have no idea how America works - one week you can be #1 and the next be #10, especially if you are not impressive.

America definitely surprised me by holding onto Scott. He must have a much larger fan base than I imagined because he was not even in the bottom three. I'm glad he'll be around another week so he can step up and prove himself. And the remaining ladies also need to step up since the past three loser have been women.

Amazing Race 7

Each week gets better and better. The first of the back to back episodes was an obvious non-elimination round and Meredith and Gretchen got lucky, twice. The first time was when she had a horrible fall in the caves which resulted in a not so pretty image of blood all over her face - her reaction was classic. She was yelling at Meredith to get the clue and then out comes, "I've been wanting a face life for a long time." They managed to pull ahead to 5th place in the end even with no money or personal items to help them.

While Rob was very (and I mean very) slowly starting to grow on me because I thought he seemed genuine to the town people he meet along the way, that all changed when he did not even flinch when the brothers got in an accident. What a heartless jerk. Glad that they were not first this week.

Speaking of first, who are Ron and Kelly anyway. Seriously, they have not made a huge impression on me thus far, so hopefully they become more entertaining next week, or just lose.

And as for my personal favorites, Lynn and Alex came in 4th. I got nervous when they got lost in the hood and obviously felt completely helpless, but they made it. Also my love for them grew fonder when immediately stop everything to see if the brothers were OK when they were in a horrible car reck. At that point I thought the brothers were done but they managed to just barely pull ahead on what became a foot race to the finish. They beat out the horrible Ray and Deana who I could barely listen to any longer. Just nasty and unattractive - sorry kids but you don't deserve to win the AR7 anyway. Can anyone tell me what happened to Deana's eye? Was he beating her, what was up with that?

American Idol

The songs were from the 90s however, I remember the 90's having much better music. What were some of those songs? Fine with Black Crowes and of course Whitney, but wasn't Leann Rimes like 15 in the 90's?

Anyway, my predicitons: I will be upset to see him go because I was a fan early on, but clearly Scott is fighting for his life this week. Him and Anthony were not as impressive so I think one of the 2 are out his week. For the possible third person in the bottom 3, Jessica Sierra and Ms Nadia may be there. Nadia may have started this competition with a bang, but she is starting to fade fast.

As for the best, Nikko Smith blew me away. As Randy said, he is "the most improved." Man is he lucky Mario Vasquez quit. Another surprise was Vonzell - she did really well. Carrie is clearly the best when it comes to singing - when it comes to dressing, note to Carrie, country girls don't wear the wallet chain on their jeans. Sorry babe.

Bravo Bravo - Showdogs Moms and Dads

What can I say, I am a dog Fanatic. I know there are tons of us out there or else shows like Pet Star, and acts like Letterman's Stupid Pet Tricks would not exist. Well, now Bravo has brought on what could be the best, Showdogs Mom and Dads.

I can't wait to check out this show tonight! If it is anything like Best in Show, then it will be a winner. The awkward thing is that at-least the movie was making fun, these people will be serious. Who knows, maybe I will be on next year with my winning pooches.

The Bachelor - There are no rules

Finally ABC and The Bachelor changes things up a bit - after 7 seasons it's about time.

Unfortunately, the guy is either a complete dud or just always sounds drunk, but something is way off with this Bachelor. Seriously, did they think they had star potential with an O'Connell brother? Besides, Star is already reporting that he has had a serious girlfriend the whole time so clearly he just wants to get some sort of acting gig. Sound familiar Jen Scheft?

I'll give it another episode only because the whole no rules thing has made it interesting. I mean what kind of girl has the audacity to show up on a date to be the 9th girl? And then the call outs before the rose ceremony, man these girls are bitches.

Man this guy is nuts. He finally gets a big break and is choosen to to direct and all he wants to do is cast his family in the lead roles. Seriously, like 5 out of 9 main characters - and he is all cranky that the studio does not understand him on this. Apparently the same issues extends into next week. Bottom line, less Affleck and more DAMON please. He was barely in this episode....and if Affleck wants to direct, why didn't he take on this project????

Amazing Race - 7

Bye-Bye Susan and Patrick. They held in for a few episodes but a pessimist lie Patrick will never win the Amazing Race.

Once again Rob and Amber came in first. They are so cocky about it too. Let's hope next week they get really lost. My favorite line last night was Alex and Lynn's comparison of R&A to a STD - you have to protect yourself from them and the only way to do that is to keep yourself away from them. HAHA.

Next week looks amazing! 2 hours of fun and the brothers get in a car accident. Let's hope they don't bruise easily. Poor Meredith and Gretchen don't stand a chance against the rest of the young teams so expect to see them go next week.

CBS gets back at Martha with Cybill Shephard again

LA Times reports that CBS has rushed a Martha unauthorized TV biography show for sweeps. The network is working on signing Cybill Shepherd who played Martha in the 2003 TV movie bio. This show will focus in the past 6 years from when MSO went public in 1999.

Since CBS dumped Martha's daily show and she has now teamed up with NBC for the next Mark Burnett Apprentice, CBS is not planning on painting any pretty pictures of Martha. They don't seem to like the positive press she has been receiving so they are trying to muck it all up - somehow I think Martha will continue to clean up the mess and shine brighter.

Harold and Kumor writers get another gig!

Dreamworks and Imagine are behind the deal of this comedy about an ex-rapper turned private eye who solves crimes in the the hip-hop world. Project Greenlight - Scary may be fun this season

No one agrees with Damon, but I do. Matt Damon was fuming over the script choice, called Feast, in this seasons Project Greenlight. He also fought hard for the Director, John Gulager, and thankfully after long debates, most of the others agreed - enough for John to win. The show lets us inside the world of how movies are being made and it is apparent all the studio cares about is having a film that makes money since the first 2 PG were unsuccessful.

I wish there was more Damon and less Affleck but at least Ben humors us all when he calls one of the three final directors and asks him to film his next wedding - haha.

Having Wes Craven on board this season should make the show more interesting. I have never been a huge fan of the past seasons, but I think I will give this one another shot.

Amazing Race - Go Lynn, Go Alex!

We cheered them on last week and were happy to report they pulled ahead of everyone and did a fabulous little dance of excitement when they made it to the check point. 28 Million viewers tuned in to see the final 12 compete for the first time. The show was a little boring and the judges were bashing them as they assumed the change in atmosphere and bands may have caused some nerves to arise. Bo and even Constantine rocked the house. Carrie Underwood was fabulous no matter what Randy and Paula thought. Simon was right about Mikalah, she has gotten more annoying each week and last nights performance was just weak. However she is spunky enough to get through another week. Finally, have the contestants not learned anything after 3 completed seasons - do not sing Michael Jackson or Jackson 5 - you are just setting yourself up for Simon to bash you even if you are good - sorry Nikko. My prediction tonight is Lindsay or Nikko are going home.

Tonight on Letterman Mario Vasquez may poke fun at himself and reveal his top ten reason for quitting AI. He has already been on a slew of news entertainment shows and this morning stopped by Regis and Kelly. He does not seem to have personal issues - at least anything upsetting. It seems clear that Mario has something up his sleaves so we will keep seeing him once the AI contract allows for him to be a free man.

Seems ironic since both these stars are practically in bed with a slew of weekly magazines. These two know what it takes to get on a cover - hint it's not debuting your new album, clothing line, or movies that keep tanking.

People Magazine writes that Britney felt her most recent Allure article focused too much on her personal life. Hmmm, so that's why she posed naked - to further her career. At least those pictures are flattering unlike this one. Will the Contender Make it to Five Rounds?

Last night's third episode of The Contender was crushed by its competition. Only 6.7M viewers tuned in to see Ahmed lose. There must have been budget cuts already since NBC's website is not even updated with the third episode yet.

In another reality show twist, next week someone has to leave and my guess is that Ahmed may return since his nickname is Baby Face and Hollywood. He thinks he is a big star already but he is clearly not the best fighter. Hopefully Jonathan Reid comes back instead.

Jake is need of progress

Most of the reviews have been pretty positive in support of John Stamos and the mid-season replacement. I like the characters - all of them! The supporting cast is great, but the split screen thing was a bit over-used. It made the show seem gimiky. The worst news for ABC, unfortunately, the ratings were well below the successful Desperate Housewives. Viewers dropped from 13.9M to 11.9M from the first to second episodes. The stupid part is that ABC is making Thursday at 8 it's regular time slot. That could be the kiss of death for this show - up against The O.C. and Survivor - Jake, sorry man, we hardly knew ya.

ABC has made some really smart choices on new programming this year but clearly they are confused on what to do with Thursday night. They should just face that they will NOT win this night. First to cancel the fabulous "life as we know it" and replace it with Jake in Progress - they are just throwing things into this time slot and hoping for a winner. Not gonna work.

Robots take over

The #1 movie this weekend was Robots. The estimates are in and according to boxofficemojo.com Robots made $36.5M which is more than double the second place winner, The Pacifier, with $18.1M. Be Cool came in third with $10.3 and Hostage, starring Bruce Willis, debuted in 4th with $9.8M.

Mr. Willis is in desperate need of a comeback - he has not had a major hit since Sixth Sense. Hopefully Sin City will do the trick, if not than maybe Die Hard 4.

Star Wars Trailer was the most exciting part of the O.C.

The Mall episode was not as exciting as it could have been. The idea of Summer being this competitive street hockey player did not play well, even as a joke.

Anyway, the best parts of the show were the Beck songs and the highly anticipated SWIII trailer. The sound was superb and it is clear this story will be much more exciting than the previous adventures of Jar Jar. Anikan looks hot and Ms. Natalie Portman, well she is every man's dream come true, so the 2 seconds of her in the trailer were enough to get us excited. It does look darker than the other movies and poor Yoda looks like he gets his ass kicked. A shout out to welcome back Chewbacca. Finally, the breathing at the end of the trailer made me hot for James Earl Jones whose voice I cannot wait to hear on May 19th.
