Penelope looked flawless in her white suit at the opening of the Unbreakable Kiss Mistletoe installation in NYC. Yesterday was World AIDS Day, and $5 will be donated to the Elton John AIDS Foundation for every couple that kisses under the mistletoe through Thursday. We wish we could see Penelope puckering up to Javier in the spirit of the holidays, but apparently the couple may be going through a rough patch. Hopefully they can work things so the duo can celebrate their Independent Spirit Award nominations for Vicky Cristina Barcelona together.

The London Film Festival continued in England tonight, as Penelope Cruz and Keanu Reeves came out to support Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Anvil! The Story of Anvil on their respective red carpets. The cast of Vicky Cristina Barcelona hit NYC last night, missing a few stars but still showing off the steaminess that makes the movie so hotly anticipated. Scarlett didn't join the group, maybe because she's sick of answering questions about Barack Obama or her fiance Ryan. Her costar Patricia Clarkson brought a little va-va-voom, but even Woody skipped the red carpet in his home town. Even though Javier and Penelope once again stayed away from each other on the red carpet, we all know who they're both sneaking away with at the end of the night.

Just one night after her big Vicky Cristina Barcelona premiere in LA, Penelope Cruz was in another long black dress for the Elegy screening in NYC last night. She left the rest of her gorgeous costars, including Javier, behind for this one, but had plenty of glamorous party friends. Peter Sarsgaard had his costar and friend Patricia Clarkson filling in while Maggie was elsewhere. Love me some Gerard Butler, but he could use a little work on those red carpet poses. This looks like another intense one from Miss Cruz, though considering her other release this summer involves a love scene with Scarlett, I'm guessing whatever happens on the big screen with Ben Kingsley in this movie won't be making as many headlines.

The steamy stars of Vicky Cristina Barcelona did not disappoint, bringing a little bit of glamor to Hollywood last night for its big red carpet premiere. It's hard to say which of the lovely ladies looked most spectacular between Penelope in black, Salma in white, and Scarlett very much living up to her name. Night and day from her Teen Choice dress, but boo on no Ryan Reynolds again. Javier, sigh, so hot, enough said. Woody was there to stand with his exceptionally beautiful cast. At a press conference over the weekend he talked about the movie's hot scenes, saying, "They just kiss and kiss and kiss . . . And then when it's over, that's it. Lunch! And there you go. They're actors. There's nothing to it. They're kissing for a couple minutes, there, and I watch, and then it's over. And we move on to the next thing." Something tells me the viewers won't be so nonchalant watching all those scenes up on the big screen.

Apparently the starlet didn't come after the studio refused to fulfill her demands including her own make-up consultant and a separate hotel away from where the rest of her costars were staying. With her album coming out this week, maybe she's just too busy to make the trek, but hopefully all these gorgeous costars can meet up for at least one red carpet to promote their sexy new movie.
