Patrick Dempsey looked polished despite his scruffy cheeks as he drove around in his vintage Jaguar and shopped at Barneys in LA yesterday. His great hair is one of the many things that add to his charm, but he recently told InStyle that looking put together isn't easy. He said, "My hair is a complete nightmare to deal with. The gray is coming in now, and I’m looking forward to that. I’m going to try and age gracefully and not be neurotic about it." The aging process has been kind to Patrick so far, but he's also got his toys and wardrobe to keep him looking young.

Patrick Dempsey went from track suit to spandex suit to take his bike for a spin around the neighborhood on Friday. Seeing him riding around isn't anything out of the ordinary, but things definitely got shaken up for McDreamy on Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy. It seems that things will only get crazier at Seattle Grace thanks to new additions to the cast and the interns' ridiculous secret project. Most of you feel like Grey's is going downhill, but hopefully Dr. Shepherd can stay as level headed on-screen as Patrick does in real life.

Patrick Dempsey, one of their celebrity fragrance faces also came out to look fantastically good looking with his wife. Jordin Sparks, who also is a spokeswoman for the mark brand, posed with Lauren Conrad. All of the ladies and the dreamy man looked great in black to support the good organization they support.

Last night the stars got cultured at the Whitney Museum American Art Gala in NYC. A beautiful Christina Ricci and Emma Roberts stayed on trend in their dark and stormy dresses while Nick and Mariah were red carpet ready as usual. Becki Newton lightened things up a little in her busy pattern, but from the color palette across the board the darker months have hit Manhattan. Donatella Versace helped throw the party and had some man candy on her arm, the face of her line Patrick Dempsey, for the night. The theme of this year's gala was "Whitney — Past, Present and Future" but seeing the star studded red carpet the art wasn't the only exciting sight last night.

The doctors of Seattle Grace were back to their familiar blue attire to shoot a few scenes for Grey's Anatomy in LA yesterday. Eric Dane and Patrick Dempsey goofed around outside on the patio, though McDreamy didn't seem all that impressed with McSteamy's bulging biceps. The atmosphere must be a lot lighter for Katherine Heigl now, too, since she doesn't have to worry about her character getting killed off by a brain tumor. Now that next season's plot is back to being a mystery, we're even more excited for the Fall to get started.

While my hopes aren't too high for Made of Honor's second weekend in the theaters, at least things look like they're about to get interesting again on Grey's Anatomy. Last night's episode was a great blend of light-hearted and tear-jerker-y as we gear up for the finale ... already. I'm sure they'll still find a way to have us on the edge of our seats with the Derek and Meredith drama.
