After taking a little break from the scene since we last saw her tanning on June 20, Lauren Conrad was back out in Hollywood last night looking refreshed and gorgeous. She and her entourage including Lo hit up Crown Bar for a little pre-Fourth of July partying. Not everyone can pull off the high-waisted shorts and still look adorable like Lauren, but if you want to sport some of her designs instead you're in luck — they're on sale.

Summer officially kicks off today, but Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge got working on their tans by their pool earlier this week. It's been a busy week of working out and showing off her jewelry line for LC, so she deserves a little R & R before she's off again to one of her many jobs. Seems like things are back to normal with the girls and their friendship, and we're happy to see that they're spending quality time together in the very backyard that was supposedly causing problems.

Lauren Conrad was out with Lo in LA yesterday, after her trip to NYC where we had a chance to chat with her about her exciting newest project with Mark. The initiative is called m.Powerment and will support organizations against domestic violence, through sales from the "Have a Heart" necklace which is part of Lauren's new accessories line she designed — check out the necklace as well as the rest of her line here. Lauren also revealed her beauty tips including applying winged eyeliner.
