Mr. Blackwell rolled out his 48th Annual Worst-Dressed Women List today with Victoria Beckham, Amy Winehouse, Mary-Kate Olsen, Fergie, and Kelly Clarkson making the top five. If you're wondering about the absence of his usual target, Britney, he added a disclaimer saying that he didn't feel right including her this year considering her personal life. Some of Hollywood's cell phone loving celebs came out last night to celebrate the 9th anniversary of Motorola in LA. Kelly Clarkson provided the entertainment as she took the stage in her fab juicy dress and Brittany Murphy squeezed into some serious leather boots. Scott Speedman looked scruffy cute next to clean-cut Justin Long while Audrina Patridge showed off her glowing tan in her LWD.
