Nicole Kidman Leaves Her Australia Behind

After showing off her feathery dress and gorgeous updo at the premiere of Australia in Sydney yesterday, Nicole and Keith hopped right back on a plane this morning. The new parents probably couldn't wait to get back to see Sunday Rose, though we doubt this is the last we'll see of Nicole promoting her newest movie. The film is already generating plenty of buzz on its own, but having the Sexiest Man Alive as her costar can't be bad for ticket sales either.

Nicole and Hugh Head Home to Premiere Australia

Nicole Kidman had two handsome Aussies by her side at the premiere of Australia in Sydney today. Costar Hugh Jackman posed with the actress for a photo call before they hit the red carpet at the Musem of Contemporary Art. While Keith was there for moral support, Nicole talked about how hard it was to leave baby Sunday back in Nashville. It sounds like being a mom again is having a pretty big effect on Nicole, who also mentioned that she'd consider giving up acting to continue expanding her family. She said, "In terms of my future as an actor and stuff, I don't know. I mean, I'm in a place in my life where I've had some great opportunities – but I may just choose to have some more children." It's hard to imagine Nicole just stepping out of the spotlight, and with a handful of new projects already in the works, we don't imagine it will happen anytime soon.

Carrie and Brad Make the CMAs a Nashville Night to Remember

The red carpet was fun, but the real action happened on stage at last night's CMA Awards. Reese was out to present Brad Paisley the award for Male Vocalist of the Year while Nicole Kidman left Keith's side for a minute to give out a statue alongside her Australia costar Hugh Jackman. Keith didn't take home any statues but he did perform his new single to kick off the show alongside the hosts for the night, Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley. Kid Rock brought a new edge to the show taking the stage with Lil' Wayne on the guitar. Shania Twain looked simply stunning. Carrie, who showed off many gorgeous gowns, scored Female Vocalist of the Year, but the night's big winner was Kenny Chesney once again — see the full list of winners here. The 42nd CMA Awards kept things fun, youthful and interesting out to perform and celebrate another year in country music together.

Nashville Lights Up With Bright Colors on the CMA Red Carpet

Country music stars came out in Nashville last night for the CMAs and to honor each other. Reese Witherspoon looked gorgeous out to present an award during the show, but she wasn't the only actress to grace the stage. Nicole Kidman took the stage too, but her first priority was supporting her performing and nominated husband Keith Urban. Jewel looked breezy in blue while Shania Twain made her first big appearance since splitting with her husband. Carrie Underwood walked the red carpet in yellow, but as hostess of the evening had a few dress changes throughout the night before taking home another CMA. While guys like Kid Rock may have dressed a little more country, it was all glam for the ladies on the red carpet.

Country Stars Win Medals Galore at BMI Country Awards

If tonight's CMA Awards are the main event, last night's BMI Country Awards were an excellent taste of what to expect. Stars of the genre gathered in Nashville last night to hand out some medals. Nicole and Keith traded off nights being honored and this time it was his turn. Miley Cyrus may not have walked home with a medal, but she did have a trophy on her arm — her man Justin Gaston. The night's big winner was Taylor Swift, who scored country song of the year for "Teardrops on My Guitar." Carrie Underwood decorated her dress with a medal as well, but hopefully got a good night's rest before the big event in a few hours.

Glamour Magazine celebrated their 2008 Women of the Year in NYC last night bringing out the stars in black and white. The honorees included Tyra Banks, Nicole Kidman, Hillary Clinton and more. Nicole looked gorgeous in white with Keith on her arm but no little Keith-ette. Fergie performed on stage as did David Cook whose new video you are loving. While Natalie Portman and Kate Bosworth weren't the women of the night they both looked stunning on the black carpet out to celebrate some of the other ladies in the industry and around the world who made a difference this year.

Nicole and Keith Bring Out Baby Sunday in London

Sunday Urban emerged in London over the weekend, though she stayed snuggled up into mom Nicole Kidman's chest for kisses. Even if we didn't get a peek at her sweet face just yet, this is the most we've gotten to see Nicole and Keith's three-month-old daughter. The couple was spotted leaving the Wyndhams Theatre after checking out a performance of Ivanov on Saturday, while yesterday they watched and cheered at the Manchester United game to round out their busy weekend. The family is in the UK while Nicole shoots the musical Nine with the rest of the eclectic cast. Luckily she has her jet setting baby and husband to make the time in England all the more special.

The new parents have been spending time back home down under while Nicole works on finishing up the epic Australia, which has provided the perfect opportunity to introduce the whole family to their baby, Sunday Rose. Nicole looks happier than ever these days, and between her new baby, great career, and supportive husband, it's not hard to see why. Nicole even found time to call up the Australian sailing team and send them her support as they went on to score Olympic gold medals. Sounds like they've now got a tall blond movie star good luck charm on their team.

Nicole and Keith's Sunday Rose Makes Her Debut (Kinda)

Just a few locks of that "reddish hair" Nicole talked about peeked out of Sunday's blanket as she snuggled up in mom's arms in Sydney, Australia today. Nicole and Keith made the trek home to introduce their new addition to family including this visit to Nicole's sister, but the pressure is on to get photos of the infant since everyone has yet to see her. Yesterday, Nicole and Keith called into a local radio station to talk about what it's like bringing the celebrity baby back to Australia. Here are highlights:

Nicole said: "She looks like Keith. I think she does. . . She's got a little bit of hair, it's a bit of a reddish tint. . . They say a lot of it (labour) has to do with how your sister and your mother gave birth, so luckily my sister's had four children ... and that was pretty easy for her too. My mum was a nurse too and also she's a midwife so we were surrounded ... but we also had wonderful nurses at the hospital. I'm embarrassed now. That's too much information on a breakfast show. . . Keith and I are both appealing to the press and just to give us a little space so we can walk around Sydney and show the baby our town . . .She's tiny. She's like a doll, she's like a little, little thing."
Keith said: "Anybody out there who's got kids (knows) it's just a certain kind of feeling that you can only experience when you do it. She's just awesome ... cute little thing. . . I'm not looking forward to having to go on tour and having to leave."

It's understandably overwhelming for Nicole and Keith to be handling all the attention surrounding photos of their baby, but it sounds like they're well prepared to handle it. The whole family must be happy to meet their newest member and Australia's tiny new star.

We got our first look at Nicole's post baby body last week, and she already appears even more slender just days later! Nicole Kidman was spotted out and about with husband Keith Urban for the first time since giving birth to Sunday Rose on July 7. While we're still waiting to see the baby — whose photos they are supposedly not selling to any magazines, for whatever reason — mom Nicole already looks fabulous! Of course she was slender the whole way through her pregnancy so it's no big surprise there. Nicole recently emailed the NY Post about little Sunday saying, "We are in heaven. Can't stop staring at her in complete awe. Feeling incredibly blessed to have been given this precious little angel. Can't wait for you to meet her!" We can't wait to meet her either!

Nicole Kidman gave birth to a baby girl early this morning in Nashville, TN, with her husband Keith Urban by her side. Over the weekend, Keith dedicated a song at one of his concerts to his "very, very, very, very, VERY pregnant wife!" so it sounds like they knew that baby was just around the corner. No name yet, but we will keep you updated with any more details as they come. For now though, congrats to the happy family!

Update: Her name is Sunday Rose Kidman Urban and she was born weighing 6 pounds, 7 ounces. Both mother and baby are doing well.
