The lush green background made the dresses stand out at last night's CDFA/Vogue Fashion Fund event in NYC, where
Alexander Wang took home the prize;
check out all the other winners here. Anna Wintour, who
may be considering retirement, hosted some of Manhattan's pretty young things at the soiree. Blake Lively and Penn Badgley traveled as a duo as usual, though they never pose together.

John Mayer had a gadget in hand at last night's BlackBerry Storm launch party in LA. While he loves to

Last night the stars got cultured at the Whitney Museum American Art Gala in NYC. A beautiful Christina Ricci and Emma Roberts stayed on trend in their
dark and stormy dresses while Nick and Mariah were red carpet ready as usual. Becki Newton lightened things up a little in her busy pattern, but from the color palette across the board the darker months have hit Manhattan.

John Legend and Joel Madden were just a few of the stars that came out last night for the Billabong Second Annual Design for Humanity to Benefit Surfrider Foundation in LA. The foundation works to protect our oceans, so naturally eco-friendly Adrian Grenier made an appearance with his girlfriend Isabel Lucas. Adrian's been working overtime to encourage us to go green, kicking off his
Alter Eco series last night — check out a
clip of the show here.

Dolce and Gabbana threw a party at Baoli, Port Canto during the
Cannes Film Festival this weekend, and things must have gotten hotter because the dresses keep getting shorter. Lindsay Lohan looked spectacular in a short mini green dress and a beautiful sparkler on her finger. Hmmm, could it be a gift from one of
her many suitors?
