Alec Baldwin sang her praises after her appearance on 30 Rock last week calling their kissing scene the "greatest day" of his life. He said, "Whenever you do that with someone, it's so fake. They're getting paid to kiss you and I'm getting paid to kiss her. But she's a doll." On watching reruns of Friends: "There are times I don’t even remember that particular show. This is horrible to say, but there are times when I laugh my rear end off. And I get in debates with people who are over and say, 'Friends' is not my thing.' Excuse you!"
On whether or not Friends would be a hit show today: "Hard to tell — that was a different time," Aniston says. "Now TV has too much to do with celebrity. We have reality television, where people try to become celebrities...."

Jen also revealed that she was nervous she'd never get any movie roles after being on a hit sitcom for so long, but with all her success it sounds like she's gone above and beyond her expectations.

Fresh off the world seeing Jennifer Aniston confirm their relationship on Oprah as well as her hilarious acting on 30 Rock, she and John Mayer celebrated with a romantic night out in NYC. First John stopped by the Keep A Child Alive event, but then the night was all about his lady. The two dined at La Esquina where they looked very lovey before signing some autographs for fans and moving on to Goldbar where they danced the night away. On the red carpet earlier in the night, John played it coy but did admit that he thinks he would do a good job proposing when the time comes. It may be a little soon for these two, but love is in the air and more open than ever.

A very happy Jennifer Aniston was on Oprah today to catch up and talk about everything that has been rehashed this week — the Vogue interview, how Brad's doing these days, and her Angelina quotes. Jennifer admitted that she thinks the cover doesn't do the interview justice (we agree) and when asked whether she's dating John Mayer she answered "yes." She also denied pregnancy rumors and chatted with her costar Owen Wilson via satellite. The best part, other than Norman, might be her talking the election night cake that John blogged about earlier this week. Here's highlights:

On the election: "I'm so happy to be in Chicago. The energy coming here, you can feel [it]. It's just amazing. . . We knew it was getting closer and closer, and then it was that realization of 'Oh my God, this is such a historical moment. [The Obama cake] is not like it's my grandmother's ancient recipe from the old country—it's definitely a Duncan Hines. Don't mess with perfection."
On the Vogue cover: "The content [of the story] does not reflect the cover," she says. "[Jonathan] asked me a question, and I basically just answered it as honestly as I could."
On Marley & Me: "For the first time I'm not the girl wanting the guy. It was a portrait of a marriage, and it was just an important experience for me. I really loved every minute of it."The character Jennifer portrays represents many real women, she says. "You get to that place in your life and you realize, 'I have to make a choice,' because either your work is suffering or your children and your family are suffering," she says. "It's not just a happy dog movie. It really does touch on some life issues that are not necessarily fun."
On her dog Norman: "I think Norman, having now been on Oprah and being in Vogue magazine, I think I'm cutting him off."

We've already seen some highlights of the December issue of Vogue where Jennifer Aniston opened up about John, Brad and calls Angelina "very uncool" (which out of context sounds so lame). Now we have even more quotes and pictures of the actress looking stunning on the beaches of her home away from home, Cabo. The article is timed to promote her movie Marley and Me and as she has done in the past, the dog-lover poses with her adorable corgi-terrier mix, Norman. The article describes a woman who loves to be in love but doesn't need a man to make the happy ending a reality. She also has a lot to say about the men in her life and getting older. On her outlook: "You basically watch my life . . . It happens in front of you. And I can protect it and try to control things only to a certain extent. I think what I'm doing now is letting go of the reins a little bit and saying, 'It is what it is.' But there is more to me than just a tabloid girl. Seriously, talk about already having some clout in Hollywood at one. The soiree had a country western theme, which Isla and Sacha got right into with her braids and plaid and his bandana. From Hawaii group vacations, frequent events together and more, this group of heavy hitters always seem to be having a good time and with the comedic talent between them, there are sure to be a lot of laughs.
