Ashley Tisdale celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday (Happy Birthday!) hanging out on the beach in Hawaii with her boyfriend Jared Murillo. She showed off her bikini body underneath a sensible sun hat enjoying her time off after wrapping filming on High School Musical 3.
