Even without
Brad and George, the
Venice Film Festival kept up the glitz, and last night the glamour got a little more gorgeous. It was a screening of Valentino: The Last Emperor that brought out all these gowns on the likes of Claire Danes on the arm of Hugh Dancy, Charlize Theron
fresh from the DNC, stunning Elizabeth Hurley posing with Valentino, and Diane Kruger sadly without Josh Jackson. It's only right that a movie honoring the designer has such a marquee red carpet heating up the late Summer night in beautiful Italy.
Celebrity Style: Charlize Theron I couldn't keep my eyes off of Charlize Theron's outfit when I saw her at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. She looks healthy, happy, and mega stylish. Her print dress is a stand alone, if you ask me. Also, a black blazer does its job of adding that touch of menswear, and the gold accessories lend a punch of luxury.

The
Democratic National Convention rolled on last night with another rousing series of speeches,
including from Hilary Clinton, and more stars arriving in Denver. Charlize Theron, a
new US citizen and voter, was out with Stuart at a screening of their movie
Battle in Seattle. Meanwhile, Eva stopped off to check in with the MySpace computer station.
Just when we thought Will Smith was
all done promoting Hancock, he and Charlize Theron popped up in Japan today for yet another premiere. Charlize looked right on trend in her
sexy lace dress. Though the movie has been
bumped from the US box office by a few other Summer blockbusters, Charlize and Will looked more than happy to reunite again in Asia to keep hamming it up on that red carpet.
Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend escaped to the beach in Malibu this weekend with a cute doggie. She looks hot in her string
bikini, but apparently we're not the only ones who think so — Stuart spent the day taking photos of his lady splashing in the ocean and catching waves on a boogie board. Charlize has never had a problem
gushing about her man, and considering the amount of frolicking around and mugging for the camera, their love connection is on display for the world to see.
