A big weekend in Manhattan provided the tots with some artful culture, but it was back to the land of Cajun po-boys and beignets as the troop made their way to the Big Easy. Roaming the streets of New Orleans, the Jolie-Pitt pack chomped on Cheetos Puffs before stopping in for brunch at a local eatery.

It was Ryan Phillippe's turn with Ava and Deacon yesterday, and the doting dad held his two kids close as they ran errands in LA. Blue-eyed boy Deacon always seems to be bubbling with personality as he comes up on his fifth birthday later this month. He and Ava are lucky that they have both mom and dad close in LA so they get to spend a lot of time with both parents, though with rumors that Reese is looking for a place in London while Jake is there filming, it might become a little harder. Even so, they always seem to work it out and we love seeing the adorable kids with either parent even if they still make us nostalgic from time to time.

Heidi Klum brought Johan, Henry and Leni to the playground in LA for some fun in the sand yesterday. Even if Heidi keeps it casual in her real life, she's always dressed perfectly on Project Runway— check out how to get the looks on CelebStyle. While season five has only two episodes left, she's already hard at work filming season six in LA despite its questionable future. She recently talked to the LA Times about it:

On filming in LA: What has been really great is that — especially with Nina [Garcia] and Michael [Kors] not being here all the time because they also have a lot of work to do in New York City — is that we’ve had so many great stars come on the show, which I think a lot of people enjoy watching. And I always love to hear their point of view, because most of time you don’t hear that. Our cast here is so excited when they see the guest judges, they just flip out. We’re working as planned. We’re already done six episodes. And we have about 2 1/2 weeks to go. We’re working away. The designers are working away.
On whether people ask about the fate of the show: Not to me. Everyone is excited to be here, everyone is staying here until 9, 10 at night. And everyone is very positive. Because these designers, you’re blown away with what they do. We’re all happy to be here and we’re all happy to be working. So we all hope it will come out as planned.

We know Lindsay Lohan and Eva Longoria are lined up already and we can't wait to see who else . . . whenever the show makes it onto the air.

Matt's Getting Fit With a Little Help From the Fam

Matt Damon went out to eat with Luciana, Isabella, and baby Gia — though we didn't get a peek at her — along with his extended family in Miami yesterday. The big group celebrated the family's participation in the Escape to Miami triathlon where Matt and his stepfather had legs of a relay team, while his brother did the whole thing. Matt's been trying to keep losing that weight he put on for The Informant, and when asked if he planned to add running to his exercise regime, he joked, "I don't think so. I knew I was in trouble when the old guy with the oxygen tank passed me." Sounds like Matt's being his usual modest self since we know he's already a jogger, but no matter how he gets there we're excited to see him buff again, especially if it's for another Bourne.

Angelina Takes Half the Jolie-Pitt Bunch For an Afternoon Walk

Just this morning we were hoping for a glimpse of the Jolie-Pitt kids after seeing Brad riding his bike around New Orleans, and sure enough Angelina stepped out this afternoon with Shiloh, Pax, and Zahara! Shiloh is looking so big in her Crocs, but still got a ride from Angelina while Pax and Zahara were too sweet holding hands. The little ones were even treated to Cheetos as they strolled around the French Quarter. Now, if only Knox and Vivenne were ready to make their first public appearance before the family jets off to a new location again.

Gwen Stefani turned 39 on Friday, and celebrated with plenty of family time, starting with a trip to her parents' house on Saturday. Zuma made his first public appearance, but stayed well hidden under his blanket. Their Sunday schedule included one of their family playdates at the Pan Pacific Park in LA after breakfast at La Brea Bakery, though this time only Gavin and Kingston came along. This busy mom shows no signs of slowing down as she gets older.

Victoria Beckham looked fabulous as usual when she took her boys to Build-A-Bear in LA on Saturday. Maybe the Beckham boys heard from Suri how much fun the store was and they just had to get their own bears. While Victoria can blend in at the mall sometimes, this was not one of those outings. Her perfectly fitted red hot dress, huge purse and sky high stilettos were just a few things that made Posh pop. As if the heel-less boots from last week weren't shocking enough, this time sources said it was as if she was walking on ball point pens in these shoes — talk about a balancing act.

Britney Spends Her Weekend With SP, JJ and Go Karts

Britney Spears was back from her big hearted business trip to NYC and quick to reunite with Jayden James and Sean Preston in LA this weekend. On Friday she picked up the boys from school with her dad Jamie and on Saturday night the foursome were spotted on their way to dinner at the Mondrian hotel. On Sunday, she headed to the go-kart track in Anaheim for some fun, all documented by the camera crew she brought with her. This week is a big one for Britney's "Womanizer" — it hits iTunes on Tuesday and the video is set to debut on the October 10 episode of 20/20. There was a mini preview during last night's Desperate Housewives, looks like it's going to be hot. While it has a spot on my workout mix already, I have a feeling we'll be hearing this one all over. Who knows, maybe even SP and JJ like to show off their moves to mom's new hit.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes played hosts to their whole family in NYC over the weekend. Tom took his children Connor and Isabella out to dinner at Le Bernadin on Friday night with a sleepy red-clad Suri, and on Saturday afternoon Katie took the kids back to their favorite place, Alice's Tea Cup, for an afternoon snack. She was also joined by her parents Martin and Kathleen, as well as Tom's mom Mary Lee, before she and Tom were able to fit in some alone time on Sunday night. It was quite a whirlwind for Katie, who also had to attend her weekend performances, but clearly she can always make time for her nearest and dearest.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck almost blended in with all the other parents picking up their kids as they greeted Violet after preschool on Friday. Violet's quite the little scholar already and it looks like at the end of the day she's got a lot to talk about with mom and dad. While I bet the list of parents at this preschool have some interesting careers, something tells me Violet's always going to be a star when it comes to bringing her parents in to talk to the class about their jobs.

Jennifer Garner took her glowing smile and her baby bump all around Santa Monica yesterday, spending some time with her pink twin Violet and meeting up with friends for lunch at the Ivy. Jen and Violet may have unintentionally matched their wardrobes, like a lot of mothers do, but we'll have to wait and see if Violet's new sibling will join in on the pink or if Ben and Jen will have a blue-wearing boy. Either way, hopefully the new Garner-Affleck will inherit Jen's darling dimples like Violet did!

Reese Witherspoon and Deacon wore white well after Labor day shopping in the LA heat in Brentwood yesterday. She had a big smile on her face while Deacon talked away looking adorable as ever holding hands with mom. Reese has been spending lots of time with her kids recently, but still missing from the equation is Jake Gyllenhaal who is overseas filming Prince of Persia. Rumor has it that the geographic separation has been difficult on the relationship and that the two are drifting apart. Long distance relationships are never easy, but at least these two have the resources to visit each other often which hopefully eases the stress until they're back together again.

Victoria pulled her cropped hair back with a headband while showing her support for Madonna in a 1987 tour t-shirt — wonder if she'll be checking out the Sticky and Sweet tour, which kicks off stateside tonight? Angelina, Brad and the rest of the Jolie-Pitt family arrived in Manhattan last night before Angie's Saturday premiere of Changeling. The family flew in from Germany where they just started living while Brad films Inglorious Bastards after spending the Summer in France. Shiloh looked adorable and sleepy after the long flight while Brad carried in Zahara and one of the twins in the carseat. We've heard news of Angelina the past few months, from the large donations that have been given to rumors of trouble between her and Brad, but it's fantastic to get a peek at her after all of this time. Hopefully we'll see more of the Jolie-Pitts as they play around the Big Apple, but for now it's great to get a glimpse at the family arriving back in the states.

Heidi Stays in LA While Project Runway Stays on Bravo

Heidi and Leni Klum left the boys at home yesterday when they went out shopping at The Grove in LA. The Klum-Samuels have been at home for the past few weeks as Heidi prepared to host the Emmys and also started filming season six of Project Runway in LA. The fate of the season is still up in the air, however, as last week a judge ruled that it had to stay on Bravo instead of moving to Lifetime, but the Weinstein Company has already filed an appeal. There's lots happening with Heidi's series behind the scenes, but tonight's episode is sure to bring some drama on-screen.
