Johnny Depp took the stage in Pompano Beach, Florida last night, but rather than looking like an A-List actor, he rocked out with his old band, The Kids. This isn't the first time Johnny has
reunited with the band for a good cause and last night they were out to
honor their former manger, Sheila Witkin, with proceeds going to the Dan Marino Foundation. Have to love how much he's channeling the high school grunge garage band look with his plaid shirt around his waist as he sweated and jammed his way through the set.

The lil girl who lost her daddy to a tragic death last year will benefit from the loving gift of three other fathers. Heath Ledger died of an accidental prescription drug overdose in January and his will had not been updated to include his two-year-old daughter. The late actor was in the midst of filming
The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus so three actors —Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell — stepped in to finish playing his role.

Johnny Depp was showing off some quirky outfits both on and off the set of
Public Enemies in LA yesterday. When he wasn't on camera, Johnny was clean shaven but showing off that
armful of tattoos with one of his standard flannels around his waist. Back into character, he sported a neon tie and gross 'stache — seems a silly departure from the
gangster wardrobe we've been getting a few sneak peeks at.

As if we needed more reason than 21 Jumpstreet to love Johnny Depp, the three time Oscar nominee has gone and given us another one. According to
People, the father of two — Lily-Rose, 9, and Jack, 5, — was on location shooting the movie Public Enemies in April when 13-year-old fan, Jack Taylor, asked if he could have the topper the actor was wearing for the role.
Johnny told the child he could once filming finished.

Johnny Depp has been hard at work on
Public Enemies in Chicago but this weekend the movie star looked hot on his way for a weekend in LA. Although he'll be playing mob boss John Dillinger, in real life Johnny is one of the nicest guys around. He has repeatedly
met with fans after long days of work and recently Johnny even
sent his hat from the film to a twelve-year-old boy after promising to do so when he visited the set.

Happy day to all those fabulous fathers out there. Hopefully you have some time planned with your pops today. What am I doing with my cool dad.

Johnny Depp had his 45th birthday yesterday, but he didn't take a day off to celebrate. Instead, he was back on the set of
Public Enemies in Chicago with a gun under his arm and a glare on his face. We're enjoying all the glimpses of cleaned-up Johnny while they last, since he might get back to looking creepy playing a vampire in his rumored next movie with Tim Burton, an
adaptation of Dark Shadows.

This new documentary from the Oscar-winning director of
Taxi to the Dark Side takes a look at the life and times of Hunter S. Thompson. Johnny Depp, who portrayed Thompson in the 1998 film
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas narrates the story which aims to show how Thompson's unconventional lifestyle and worldview led to the invention of
gonzo journalism.
Tim Burton, Johnny Depp Reportedy Team Up for Dark Shadows Movie Rumor has it today that we'll be getting more spooky, dark delight from the brilliantly talented duo Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. Depp is reportedly producing and possibly starring as Barnabas Collins in a film adaptation of the 1960s "daytime supernatural soap opera" Dark Shadows.
