Last night on The Hills, Heidi was fortunate enough to be given a second chance at her job, while Audrina and Justin gave us a glimpse at their love affair. Lauren was busy dealing with her new roomie, Holly, who is temporarily crashing at Lo and LC's house. Another episode minus many gadget goods, but thankfully there was enough for this tech quiz!

The Governor of Alaska and former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin was far away from Alaskan winds last week as she basked in the Miami sun, while taking a break from the Republican Governor's Conference. Considering she will be playing a big role in the future of our country, it's no wonder she was already back to business — poolside naturally — with her Dell Inspiron laptop. Hopefully she has a new email account that's got maximum security and is set up with a tricky password.

Sad news for President-elect Barack Obama. The BlackBerry-addict who is often photographed with his trusty Curve on his belt and is always checking his BB while en route, will soon be bidding his favorite gadget farewell due to email security concerns. According to The New York Times, Obama has already started slowing down communication to friends and family from his personal email account; even though he hopes to be the first American president to have a laptop on his desk in the Oval Office.
