Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo took a break from their respective cowgirl country fair and cowboy preseason lifestyles for a dinner date at Nobu in Malibu last night. Looks like Jess was having a big laugh on her way to the car, holding on to Tony, who had his hands full with more than just her. Next week Tony will head to Denver for a preseason game while Jess stays in California for a country fair, but it can't be long until we see her back in the football stands, pink jersey and all.

Jessica Simpson made the trek up to Oxnard, CA to visit Tony Romo at training camp yesterday, just like Joe Simpson promised she would. After a long day on the field, Tony looks perfectly happy to see his girl for dinner and a little downtime. Whether it's coming from Cowboys fans, JT at the ESPYs, any number of sports writers or even George Bush, it doesn't look like Tony is going to let anyone else's opinion get in the way of his relationship with Jess.

Jessica Simpson performed her first full concert in 3 years over the weekend at the 16th Annual Country Thunder USA in Twin Lakes, WI. Just like in her new video she showed off those famous legs and familiar pipes singing a range of covers, a few of the tracks from her upcoming album and even an old favorite like "With You." Tony Romo was out to support his girlfriend, which hopefully will keep that big grin on her face despite the first review out being not so stellar.

The Simpson girls and their men —and Daisy! — flew into Lake Tahoe Friday for one giant filled double date weekend. On Saturday, Pete Wentz, Ashlee and Jess showed their support for Tony Romo who came in third at the American Century Championship Golf Tournament (where we saw a certain other celebrity couple).

The Simpson girls and their men got an early start on celebrating Jessica's 28th birthday this Thursday with dinner out at Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, CA, last night. Both Jessica and Ashlee had on their cowboy boots, though Jess stole the show with her b-day girl party dress and her real life Cowboy Tony holding her hand. I'm thinking no margaritas for Ashlee this time, but hopefully Jess celebrated with a few — she's got a lot to be happy about these days as a future aunt with a hot boyfriend who makes her happy and a country album on the way that's already getting some good reviews.

Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo went casual for a leisurely day of grocery shopping together on Sunday. Jess' outfit isn't quite as cute as last week's NYC ensembles, but she always talks about how Tony makes her feel like herself and we know she loves her sweats. After Tony came to Joe's defense last week, we wouldn't be surprised if this duo was off to spend Father's Day Simpson style.
