Renée Zellweger and Forest Whitaker got to work on the set of My Own Love Song in Louisiana yesterday. Looks like Renée's putting on a bit of a transformation for the film between her tattoos, brown hair and wheelchair, but she looked like she was having fun being carried through the water in Forest's arms. The film won't be out until next year, but we're already looking forward to a couple of more stellar performances from the Oscar-winning actors.

It was all about the ladies on Thursday night at the Courage in Journalism Awards in LA. Renee Zellweger and Ginnifer Goodwin showed off their legs while Emmanuelle Chriqui looked stylish in black and white. One of your
choice underrated actresses Kerry Washington stood out all glammed up in her
gorgeous glittery gray strapless dress.
Appaloosa is a totally passable and — to my surprise — fun (and funny) Western movie. I'm amazed Ed Harris, the star/director/co-writer of the film, hasn't played more gunslingers, because his face was built for it. Under the shadow of a wide-brimmed hat, his skin looks believably weathered and creased, his bone structure sturdy and chiseled.

Amanda Bynes and Harry Connick Jr. attended the premiere of their new Lifetime TV movie Living Proof last night in NYC. Renee Zellweger was the executive producer on this project about Dr.

Renee Zellweger was all smiles and
high hair last night at the Academy Theater in Beverly Hills for the premiere of her new movie,
Appaloosa. There hasn't been too much buzz about the film, which opened in limited release yesterday —
check out the trailer here — but the cast seems like a close bunch. Renee, Viggo Mortensen, and Ed Harris had nothing but kisses and hugs for each other joined by the Cox-Arquettes on the red carpet.

I knew I had the basis of my first Pop Classic when FabUK posted
her Back To Cool article, featuring the style of Liv Tyler playing Corey in the 1995 film
Empire Records. This movie has been a firm favourite of mine since I rented it out on VHS years ago, without a clue who the actors were. At the time, all I saw were a bunch of weird kids working in a cool record store, and I loved it.
New York Fashion Week has been in full swing with more shows than you can possibly imagine crammed into each day — check out
FabUK and BellaUK's coverage of the week so far. As we saw with
Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham at Marc Jacobs, celebrity fashion lovers have been lining the catwalks each day, including London party-scene regulars like Kelly Osbourne, Luke Worrell, Agyness Deyn, Henry Holland, Roisin Murphy, Estelle, Daisy Lowe, Mark Ronson and Peaches Geldof.
Of course there have also been tons of familiar American faces attending too, for instance Halle Berry, Claire Danes, Nicole Richie, Mary-Kate Olsen, Kanye West, Leigh Lezark, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen have all been seen at the shows and parties — so here's part one of my gallery depicting all the celeb movers and shakers taking in the Spring 2009 fashions in New York.

Celebrities continued to crowd the runways at
New York Fashion Week over the weekend and today, showing off their own style as well. Fab
adored Diane von Furstenberg's line where she witnessed first hand
a ton of celebrity sightings. Later DVF hosted a private dinner at her studio and from the big grin on Mary-Kate Olsen's face it was a fun time.

The
MTV VMAs may have been the talk of the town, but the
Toronto Film Festival proved to be just as star-studded. Jennifer Aniston looked fabulous as usual in her mini black dress for
Management, while Keira Knightley looked like royalty once again on the red carpet for
The Duchess. Brad Pitt showed off his
Burn After Reading and talked about
how little sleep he's getting these days taking care of six kids.

I'm not really sure where the iPhone is in this picture of
Renée Zellweger from this week's issue of
US Weekly.
All I see is a
BlackBerry Curve, but maybe I need to get my eyes checked?
Tech patrol at US must have been having a very long day.
