This week, Bravo premiered a new reality show — the travel-themed First Class All the Way — and wraps up its second season of another, Top Design. The network really seems to have the formula down for its reality shows: They're either competitions (Project Runway, Top Chef); shows that feature a particular eccentric expert in some field (Work Out, Flipping Out, even Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List); or one of the Real Housewives series. And then, of course, there's the granddaddy of them all: Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Leanimal, My Favorite Project Runway Winner to Date I loved winner Leanne Marshall's clothes more than I have ever loved anything produced on reality TV. Almost everything she makes is lovely, feminine, and modern — the kind of pieces that manage to seem timeless and of-the-moment all at the same time.

I loved how the palette was so restrained, just neutrals and a gorgeous turquoise; it really let the sculptural shape of the clothes shine. And although the collection did have an architectural quality, the pieces were still full of movement, with pleats that fluttered like a flock of birds bursting into the air.

Now that Project Runway has closed out its fifth season by naming a new winner, it seems like a good time to look back on the Runway champions of past and present. Some (Christian Siriano) have truly embraced their 15 minutes in the spotlight; others (Chloe Dao) have kept somewhat of a lower profile. After last night's Project Runway season five, you and I probably went to bed, but the contestants partied the night away. The likes of Jerell, Korto, the Duff sisters, and Project Runway alums Jeffrey Sebelia and Santino Rice showed up at STK restaurant in LA to celebrate five seasons of fabulous. Other celebs in attendance were Ricki Lake, Christine Lakin, and Rick Shroder.

Some of you restrained yourselves when I shared the final Project Runway collections in September. Then, it was still six designers in the running, so I witnessed final collections by Joe, Jerell, Suede, Kenley, Korto, and Leanne. I still don't understand why this isn't planned better.
