The doctors of Seattle Grace were back to their familiar blue attire to shoot a few scenes for
Grey's Anatomy in LA yesterday. Eric Dane and Patrick Dempsey goofed around outside on the patio, though McDreamy didn't seem all that impressed with McSteamy's bulging biceps. The atmosphere must be a lot lighter for Katherine Heigl now, too, since she
doesn't have to worry about her character getting
killed off by a brain tumor.
Patrick Dempsey Launches His Dreamy New Fragrance If you’ve been McDreaming of getting your hands on Patrick Dempsey’s new fragrance with Avon, you wait is almost up. At this week’s launch event in Manhattan, the Grey’s Anatomy star unveiled Unscripted, his signature scent with notes of cardamom, black peppercorn, fig, and lavender.

Patrick Dempsey spent some one-on-one time with his shiny Mercedes convertible on Monday, taking it for a spin around Beverly Hills. We're sure he's been enjoying the Summer with his family between work on the set of
Grey's Anatomy, but is still making sure not to neglect the other loves in his life: his toys. With all the drama surrounding the
fate of Izzie Stevens for next season, we're just glad that Patrick and his McDreaminess are here to stay — at least for now.

I nearly plotzed when I read that some of these adorable leading men color their hair so that their gray doesn't show. Apparently the double standard about aging is starting to crumble. Wouldn't it just be nice if society would let men and women grow old gracefully and naturally already.

The onset of Summer also means the return of my
Five Questions series, in which I take a look back at the most recent seasons of some favorite TV shows and pose some hypothetical questions about their future. Today's questions are for
Grey's Anatomy, which will start its fifth season in the Fall.
- Mere and Der are together — now what.

Even though he was just hanging out at the airport, Patrick Dempsey was fulfilling our Monday
Manjoyment fix while chatting away on his phone yesterday. It could be we're already missing our McDreamy Thursdays now that
Grey's Anatomy is done for a couple of months, or maybe it's his laid-back look, but whatever it is, we're loving it. He's set to
start filming Grey's again in just a couple of weeks, so for now we'll enjoy Patrick's time off for a Monday treat.

The second I saw a plus sign on my pregnancy test, I felt like a mother. I didn't feel the same way I do about my daughter now, but I was overwhelmed by a sense of heightened responsibility that took hold of me.
When discussing
Made of Honor co–star Michelle Monaghan's pregnancy news,
Patrick Dempsey said : I told Michelle she may not see it now, but her life will change profoundly after she delivers the baby. I told her being a parent is a feeling that she will not understand until she actually has the child.
My world was rocked upside down when I delivered, but I already felt like a parent while expecting.

The three words uttered most often during the season finale of
Grey's Anatomy were "really big trauma." They were used in reference to a teenager who was dared to lay in a vat of cement at a construction site, after which he was encased in several tons of concrete — yeah, you can say "really big trauma" again. As is often the case with Grey's, those three little words paralleled what was happening in the lives of the doctors too.
Let's start with Meredith who was continuing the brain-tumor clinical trials with Derek.

Patrick Dempsey got in touch with his preppier side posing with Michelle Monaghan at a photocall for
Made of Honor in Amsterdam yesterday. Their romantic comedy wasn't exactly a box office homerun, but luckily Patrick still has his day job at Seattle Grace to fall back on. Speaking of which, who's excited for the big
Grey's Anatomy finale.

The second-to-last episode of
Grey's Anatomy began with Meredith uttering the words "the only problem with being a resident is, you feel crazy all the time." It just happened to be the perfect setup for the rest of the episode aptly titled "Losing My Mind." Case in point, Crazy Resident No. 1: Meredith. First, she attempted to fire her therapist (most likely because last week she called her a coward).
