With my own high school reunion looming over me, I can't help but rejoice in the '97 chick flick Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. My night will surely not have me laughing every five minutes (actually, maybe), be filled with candy colored clothes (actually, maybe), and have the ever-hilarious Janeane Garofalo storming through (if only). Romy and Michele are the cutest losers I've ever met — and they love to dress up.

Mira Sorvino has just signed on to join Victor Garber in an
NBC miniseries based on the bestselling Raymond Khoury novel,
The Last Templar. Variety continues:
Romantic adventure-themed mini stars Sorvino as Tess Chaykin, a Manhattan archaeologist searching for the medieval Knights Templar. Garber plays Monsignor De Angelis, who helps find the artifact.

From what I understand, "Frozen" wasn't initially intended to be the post-
Super Bowl episode of
House: Even
guest star Mira Sorvino didn't find out about the episode's prime placement until she was already on set. Considering that, I thought the producers did a remarkable job of making this episode feel special. Practically the whole gang was there (save for Chase), and the case itself was a new spin on the old House formula.
House scored the prime post-
Super Bowl time slot this year, and to go along with it, the show also scored a big-name guest star: Oscar-winner Mira Sorvino. In "Frozen," Sorvino plays Cate, a psychiatry fellow at Princeton Plainsboro who starts developing symptoms of a mysterious illness while aiding a team exploring the South Pole. Connected to House only via webcam, she and the doctor struggle to save her life.

Last night in New York, some of the most recognized celebrities came out to honor everyday people who accomplished amazing things this year. The event was
CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute, which featured performances from Mary J. Blige and Sheryl Crow along with presentations by Anderson Cooper and Tyra Banks among others.

Roberto Cavalli had a nice entourage of ladies to help him launch his
new H&M collection in Rome last night. Halle showed off her bump a little more than she did the
other night in London, but she decided to keep some of her other assets covered up this time around. Sharon Stone managed to somehow look pregnant as well, while Leo's ex girlfriend Bar looked like the gorgeous model that she is.

Reservation Road premiered in LA last night, bringing out the movie's four big name stars. Joaquin, Mark, Jennifer and Mira all looked happy to be reunited on the red carpet, but I'm sure they were all missing their other all star costar, Elle Fanning. Jennifer Connelly was obviously too busy reveling in her
new deal to be the face of Balenciaga to realize that the designer's runway look doesn't translate too well to the everyday premiere.

Joaquin Phoenix cleaned up real nice for the NYC premiere of
Reservation Road. It really is amazing what a haircut and a shave can do for a guy. He definitely holds his own as the man of the hour since his co-star Mark Ruffalo couldn't make it to the event.

The stars of
Reservation Road showed how well they can clean up at the movie's
TIFF premiere yesterday. Jennifer Connelly looked gorgeous in her
LWD (although we're a bit confused about her choice of shoes) and Mark and Mira looked fabulous as well. Joaquin wins the most improved award in comparison to
the press conference on Wednesday, and gets bonus points for
showing off some killer ballet moves.
