Would You Want to See Sequels to The Good Shepherd? The 2006 CIA historical thriller The Good Shepherd didn't totally wow the critics and I've heard many viewers complain that the movie is too long and not all that interesting. Even so, the Robert DeNiro-directed project did earn an Oscar nod and it boasts a stellar cast. Now DeNiro is talking sequels — yes, plural.

Leo Hikes His Pants Up and Gets Down on Shutter Island

Leo Hikes His Pants Up and Gets Down on Shutter Island Leonardo DiCaprio has been hard at work on the set of Shutter Island, immersing himself into the character's penchant for all-white clothing alongside director Martin Scorsese. The duo, along with the rest of the cast, have been causing quite a stir and some amazing celebrity sightings in Hull, MA, where they've been shooting, though they are hoping to wrap before the possible actors' strike. Meanwhile across the country, Leo's long, drawn-out basketball court lawsuit was finally settled out of court, so that must be a nice sigh of relief heading into a relaxing holiday weekend.

Shine a Light: Long Live the Rock Doc When I realized that Martin Scorsese's new rock doc Shine a Light chronicles two Stones concerts from 2006, I was slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong: I devour rock documentaries (Scorsese's The Last Waltz is one of my faves), and I love me some Rolling Stones. But I've never had much interest in seeing the band live in its modern incarnation (or in paying the high-ticket price for a stadium show).

Jennifer's Night With The Rolling Stones Every new mother deserves a little R and R, right? Usually, though, that stands for something a little calmer than rock and roll, which was what new Mum Jennifer Lopez was surrounded by last night. She and her hubby attended the premiere of the new Rolling Stones / Martin Scorsese documentary film Shine A Light in New York.

Kennedy Honors One Wild and Crazy Guy Among Others Last night celebs headed to DC to celebrate five stars from different areas of the entertainment industry with Kennedy Center Honors. Cameron Diaz looked fabulous in her funky strapless dress to present Martin Scorsese with an award for his directorial work. Jordin Sparks (is it just us or is she already looking thinner?) and Vanessa Williams were in the house to pay homage to honoree Diana Ross by performing her songs, while musicians Brian Wilson and Steve Fleischer also walked away with medals around their necks.
