After spending all day Saturday and Sunday with her boys thanks to increased visitation privileges, Britney Spears headed out to Mother's Day dinner with her own mom Lynne at Sur in LA last night. Looks like a happy holiday for Brit, and this morning Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went on the Today Show to talk about the new arrangement. On Britney and Kevin's relationship:

Jamie Lynn Spears went out to her usual Kentwood haunts including Connie's Jewelry and Gifts and Nyla's Burger Basket (remind you of Brit's short stint in the restaurant business?) yesterday and this time she was joined by her mom Lynne. Momma Spears — well, one of them these days — has been bouncing back and forth between her daughters these days and while we already heard what she has to say about Brit's situation, she has some words for Jamie Lynn, too. She said, "I’m a bit disappointed that my youngest daughter got pregnant at such an early age...All I can do is turn to God for answers and just leave it in his hands." Seems a little late for disappointment, but hey, 2008 is the year for Spears.

Boobalicious Britney was spotted with her mother in Beverly Hills yesterday continuing to be in good spirits. She has been on her best behavior these days thanks to her family who have been surrounding Brit with people who actually have her best interests at heart. Daddy Jamie is supposedly working on the long overdue Justin reunion but we think that rumor may be just that.

Britney Spears didn't flash a smile, but we're happy to see her out to dinner with both of her parents at Paradise Cove Beach Café in LA last night. The company she's keeping these days seems a lot healthier, though her ex BFF Sam isn't a big fan of the commissioner who extended the restraining order against him, and filed an objection to the judge last Friday. As of now though, Sam still has to stay away from Britney until at least April 16th, so hopefully he won't be out to celebrate Britney's return to TV next week we're so excited about.

Jamie Lynn Spears has laid pretty incredibly low since announcing her teen pregnancy to the world back in December, but these days she's been stepping out more back home in Kentwood, LA. She's still not showing off that baby bump in any skin tight shirts, but, uh, I guess she's not grounded anymore. Maybe Lynne Spears gave her younger daughter some leniency after passing her GED.
It looks like Britney Spears will be spending some quality time with her mum this week, as Lynne Spears arrived in LA yesterday. Lynne got a lift from the airport in Britney's new white Mercedes, while her daughter was back to work in the dance studio, wearing a bra at last hurrah. Things are looking good on the visitation rights front as well, with Britney seeing her boys for the second time yesterday.
Last Friday, Britney's father Jamie filed a restraining order against Sam Lutfi on Brit's behalf and today the details of the court order were revealed. The list of allegations against Sam are terrifying and explosive, to say the least, much of it hinging around Lynne Spears' claim that he was feeding Britney drugs without her knowing it. TMZ has the full restraining order, including a litany of specific examples of ways that Sam has manipulated Britney by degrading her, drugging her and trying to control every aspect of her life.
Jamie and Lynne visited their daughter at UCLA Medical Center on Saturday. Following the completion of her 72-hour psychiatric evaluation, it was decided that her time in the hospital will be extended for 14 more days. Even while Britney is away getting help, her legal matters are a mess as usual.
Britney's parents showed up late last night in the midst of her tearful breakdown. Her relationship with Lynne has obviously been strained in the past year, but it looks like they were making some progress at the drugstore last night. Rumor has it that her family may finally be staging an intervention this week to get Britney the treatment that she obviously needs.
