This morning, Leonardo DiCaprio is mourning the death of his grandmother, who passed away at 93 in her native Germany. Apparently Leo is close to heartbroken, which comes as no surprise, because they had always been very close.
As we all know, death is one of life's natural progressions, and for many people, losing a grandparents is their first experience with loss.

Taking a look through some photos of gorgeous Leonardo DiCaprio sunning himself in Ibiza with pals seems like a perfect way to start the week, right. He was out in the sun this weekend searching the horizon with binoculars whilst holidaying on a yacht, away from his model girlfriend Bar Refaeli who PopUS spotted in St Tropez last week.
He'd better enjoy his relaxation as he has a whole lot of movie promotion coming up for Body Of Lies (released October in the UK) as well as a film I've been anticipating for a while – an adaptation of the fabulous novel by Richard Yates, Revolutionary Road, which sees him reuniting with Kate Winslet. If you haven't read the novel I'd highly recommend you do before the film comes out in January 2009.

Then again, I thought Scott's American Gangster would do way better at the Oscars than it did, so maybe I should just stop with the predictions for a while.
In Body of Lies, which is based on a novel by David Ignatius, "a former journalist injured in the Iraq war is hired by the CIA to track down an Al Qaeda leader in Jordan." The new trailer features things like furrowed brows and pounding music.
