The 2008 MOBO Awards took place yesterday at Wembley Arena, attracting a star-studded lineup of guests, performers and nominees. Mel B hosted last night's ceremony, during which
Estelle and Leona Lewis were among those honoured — check back later for photos from the show itself, as well as the full list of winners. There were some great frocks — I'm not sure about Mel's sci-fi inspired outfit — but I think Jamelia and Alesha Dixon looked absolutely stunning on the red carpet last night, get your opinions out there by
taking Fab and Bella's polls!

Lots of celebs turned up for Company Magazine's 30th Birthday Party at the Proud Galleries in Camden last night. Liz McClarnon shone in her bright red dress, while Sophie Ellis-Bextor and hubby Richard Jones coordinated in their all black outfits. Like the
BT Digital Music Awards, the party was graced by ex-
Big Brother housemates, giving BB9 hunk Stuart Pilkington the opportunity to rub shoulders with last series' Sam and Amanda Marchant and series seven's Imogen Thomas.

London's Leicester Square played host to the premiere of Simon Pegg's new movie
How To Lose Friends And Alienate People last night. Kirsten Dunst and Megan Fox were unable to attend, but glowing Gillian Anderson and stylish Margo Stilley were there to represent the rest of the cast. Simon's best mate Nick Frost also showed up, along with lovely Martin Freeman, Gok Wan, Kirstie Allsopp and Guillemots.

Lovebirds Jaime Winstone and Alfie Allen had a busy evening yesterday, attending both the
Tommy Hilfiger sessions (along with my girl
FabUK!) and the Nokia Capsule N96 launch party. They were joined by Danny Dyer at the Nokia party, as well as Alice Dellal in a rather interesting outfit: looks like sportswear was the choice du jour, judging by Alice's football shirt and Alfie's tracky top. Going for a more sophisticated style in her sheer blouse and trousers, Konnie Huq showed off her gorgeous new sleek look, while Emilia Fox kept it curly and wowed in her stunning dress.

Today's date is 08.08.08 which is a special occasion as the number '8' is believed to bring great fortune. It's a good day for Elizabeth Arden to promote their 8 hour cream so
they're giving away samples at their counters across the country. They also threw a party in London last night to mark the date and Konnie Huq was there to help them celebrate.

Beverley Knight was joined by some of my favourite celebrities at London's Mango Tree last night, to
raise funds for Cancer Research UK and the Terence Higgins Trust. Take That's gorgeous Howard Donald, who I love to spot
out and about, and Jason Orange looked lovely in their smart shirts, and Eastenders' Lacey Turner totally impressed me with her stylish outfit. It's certainly a far cry from market stall wares of her character Stacey, who is due to
gain a new employee and a new love interest.

Cute couple Mark Ronson and Daisy Lowe headed out to a BT party in London last night and Daisy wasn't the only daughter of well-known Brits (Pearl Lowe and Gavin Rossdale) there. Pixie Geldof showed up looking cute in
her fascinator, alongside Sting's daughter Coco Sumner who is forging a music career – check out her voice (so similar to her Dad's)
at her myspace! FabUK has noted how Coco appears to be channeling fellow partygoer Alice Dellal –
what do you think?

Rufus Wainwright played an outdoor gig at in London on Saturday to an audience seated on deckchairs, including the rather gorgeous Clive Owen, and Tim Burton with wife Helena Bonham Carter. Clive and Helena
caught up in the "VIP" section of the audience, while Alan Carr sat
and played with his phone as he waited for Rufus to take to the stage. Konnie Huq was also there to enjoy the gig, looking casual and comfy in her 'be happy' t-shirt.

Looks like Mathew Horne's been enjoying the sun lately, as he was slightly pink at the launch of the
BT Podshow network last night. Biased as I am, I think he still looks pretty fine! Alexa Chung showed off her ridiculously perfect sense of style again, I'm particularly a fan of
those comfy moccasins and her neon nails.

Last night the
LK High Street Fashion Awards took place at Cafe De Paris in London. The GMTV awards which are now in their fourth year highlight the great British High Street and all that is on offer. They also have a best dressed celebrity award that this year went to Kelly Osbourne.
