We've been hearing a lot of Britney's side of the story recently — between
her documentary and numerous
magazine covers, we have new insight into her life, including her split from Kevin Federline. Now, Kevin decided to open up a little about what its all been like for him, from falling in love to watching Britney break down last January to her
big comeback year. Here's some
highlights from his interview:
- On his divorce: "It's hard enough to be in a marriage, and then have a kid, then kids, it changes everything.
The Latest in Britney and Kevin's Settlement Deal Britney's month's child support fee was also raised from $15,000 to $20,000. Kevin's lawyer Mark David Kaplan also received $250,000 for the case.
Britney and Kevin are expected in court this morning but this time could be the last. After almost two years, the couple has come to an agreement on custody and today they are hoping to get the courts approval.

This morning's custody hearing seems to have gone as well as could be expected for Britney Spears. After
spending all morning in court, both on the stand and in a private meeting with Kevin and their representation, Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan addressed the media outside of the courtroom. He said that while there was no custodial change, everyone was very pleased to see Britney's progress and that the judge decided
she will be getting a "graduated expansion of time" with her sons.

expected — but you never know with her — Britney Spears
arrived at court shortly after 8 AM this morning for a
hearing regarding custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. She showed up with both her parents and her lawyer, Blair Berk. Kevin Federline is also there for the hearing.
Recent reports show that Kevin Federline hasn't exactly been thrifty with his spending habits in the past year, especially when it comes to Vegas. Apparently he's been living it up and spent over $50,000 between May and January of 2007 on hotels, strip clubs, and general nightlife. Seems pretty extravagant, especially considering Britney
had to pay all of his legal fees, so tell us — are Kevin's spending habits out of control?
