Ben Affleck continues to show his facial hair and short haircut, which we're hoping is for a role since it's not our favorite look. Pregnant Jennifer Garner must be glad to have her husband back at her side after his trip to the Congo, especially with her scary stalker situation. Ben's humanitarian efforts didn't stop in Africa — the actor helped serve food to the hungry on Thanksgiving, making sure to give back in the true spirit of the season.

Jennifer Garner Wins Protection Against Her Alleged Stalker Jennifer Garner got a permanent restraining order against the man who has allegedly been stalking her this morning. Jennifer's lawyer just appeared in a downtown LA court and got an order against Steven Burky, prohibiting him from having contact with Jennifer for three years.

Jennifer Garner headed into a studio in LA yesterday afternoon while news broke of a scary situation for the actress and her family. Garner was recently granted a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly been stalking Jennifer since 2002. Garner made a declaration saying she worried for her and her family's safety especially during the past few years when he has repeatedly shown up at their house and followed her around the country.

In addition to her statement, she handed over many love letter and birthday cards from 36-year-old Steven Burky, and her security guard confirmed Burky tried repeatedly to approach Garner at events. The alleged stalker is now not allowed to go within 100 yards of Garner, her family, or staff. There will be a hearing later today to see if the restraining order will become permanent.

We can't imagine how scary this is for Jennifer and Ben especially with Violet and another baby on the way. Hopefully after tomorrow his harassment will soon be a distant memory for Jennifer and the rest of the Garner-Affleck family.

Jen and Violet Take Their Dimples Grocery Shopping

Jennifer Garner supported Ben's Red Sox love taking Violet to the grocery store in LA on Sunday. The family had a visit from Ben's mom this weekend and Violet must have had fun playing with her grandmother while she's still an only child. From the looks of Jen's baby bump, the newest addition will be here before we know it, and while Jen and Ben are supposedly keeping things traditional, we're curious if they'll give Violet's sibling a name to match hers.
