Britney Spears's 27th birthday got off to a great start as she performed on Good Morning America today. Britney showed off those famous abs of hers singing "Womanizer" and introducing the hot title track "Circus" to officially launch her album. Reese Witherspoon, Hugh Jackman and Taylor Swift all wished Britney a happy birthday via video while her family including her sons held a sign for her inside the tent.

Last night we finally got to see Britney's much-anticipated MTV documentary as she told us what she's been going through and what her life looks like these days preparing to release an album. Britney Spears brought Jayden James home from the hospital just last night, but today they were already off for a fun-filled day with the rest of the family. Lynne, Jamie Lynn, and Sean Preston were also part of the crowd as they checked out the animals at a turtle and alligator farm. Jayden looked excited about the reptiles from behind the cage, so hopefully he's all recovered and the Spears clan can continue their reunion.

Britney Spears left the hospital with precious Jayden James and Sean Preston late last night. Jayden's Sunday afternoon health scare that put him in the hospital must have been terrifying for Britney, but thankfully they figured out it was an allergic reaction and all is well with the toddler after a night of care. While the past day has been rough for Britney and her boys, hopefully she at least got a smile out of learning that she was nominated for a People's Choice Award for her role on How I Met Your Mother.

Jayden Federline Fine After Allergic Reaction Sources tell TMZ that Jayden is fine after entering the hospital yesterday afternoon. He did not suffer from a seizure, but had an allergic reaction to something he ate.

As expected, Britney Spears arrived in Kentwood on Friday with Jayden James and Sean Preston for the boys' first trip since she lost custody earlier this year. She was greeted with a hug from Lynne, and her brother Bryan and dad Jamie were also out on the tarmac for the reunion. Britney is managing a busy schedule as she gears up for her new album, which includes a new single "Kill the Lights" that most of you are into and launching a MySpace page with photos of her auditioning male dancers.

Britney Spears got in the pre-Halloween fun, bringing Jayden James and Sean Preston to the pumpkin patch in LA. The proud pop star mom posed with her boys in their adorably matching shirts before they went looking for pint-sized pumpkins and made some friends. With her driving without a license case declared a mistrial, that big smile was back on Britney's face as she took a break from her hard training and promoting her album to enjoy the simple pleasures with her two precious sons.

Britney Spears headed to school today to pick up her boys with the help of a nanny and her dad Jamie. While she's continuing to go about her daily routine, her lawyers have been fighting hard in court to get her out of her driving-without-a-license charge. The closing arguments have been made and the jury will be making a decision today.

Britney switched gears from pop star to doting mom to pick up Jayden James from school today with Jamie by her side. Tonight she'll step back into the spotlight as we tune in to watch the world premiere of "Womanizer" on 20/20 — you can even call her new hotline at (310) 341-4438 to leave a few words of encouragement. We'll have to wait another month to check out the documentary you're all excited about, but in the meantime, we'll still have our daily Britney fix and her new video we can enjoy watching over and over again.
