Javier Bardem looked hot and brooding in Barcelona filming scenes for his upcoming movie Biutiful last night. We do not see nearly enough of this manjoyment. The actor was just listed as one of the sexiest men alive, but methinks that he could even make a play for the top spot next year.

After taking a nice hiatus from filming since working on Vicky Cristina Barcelona last year, Javier Bardem was finally back on the set of Biutiful in Barcelona yesterday. Javier will be back to his Spanish-speaking roots, playing a father trying to put his life back together after a failed love affair. We're still a little disappointed that we won't get to see Javier back on the big screen with Penelope in Nine, but a sweet story with a gorgeous Spanish backdrop won't draw any complaints from us.

Penelope Cruz joined her boys Woody Allen and Javier Bardem at the San Sebastian Film Festival for the red carpet premiere of Vicky Cristina Barcelona on Saturday. Penelope looked stunning in her black D&G gown, which just happened to be the same dress we saw in white on January Jones at the Emmys last night — vote here on who wore it better. We're excited to see Penelope and Javier together, but it looks like her red carpet kisses were saved for Woody rather than any PDA with her man.

After making a grand entrance into the San Sebastian Film Festival, Javier Bardem got to work promoting Vicky Cristina Barcelona at a photo call yesterday after attending opening ceremonies. This morning he got all dressed up to accept the National Cinematography Award with his mom by his side. After his amazing year racking up prizes for No Country For Old Men, Javier is well-versed in collecting praise and trophies, but he still does it with that humble smirk we love so much.

Javier Bardem arrived with a smile at the International Film Festival of San Sebastian last night. He stepped out of his car looking perfectly huggable in his t-shirt and jeans at the festival to premiere his excellent Vicky Cristina Barcelona alongside Woody Allen. It doesn't look like any of his gorgeous female costars joined him for his arrival most notably his girlfriend Penelope Cruz who has been in London preparing for Nine.

I'd probably say I'm a medium-sized fan of Woody Allen. If I were ordering a dose of Woody Allen at Starbucks, I'd probably get it in a grande cup. His nebbishy dialogue style grates on my nerves after too long, and some of his movies remind me of me at my most neurotic, which is tiring.

Orlando Bloom is in Sarajevo at the moment, talking to officials about the recently announced filmic adaptation of Bill Carter's memoir Fools Rush In. The book is about Bill's experiences living and working as an aid worker in Sarajevo during the Balkans war siege. Orlando is co-producing and will star in the movie – although not as Bill Carter – Liam Neeson will also star and Javier Bardem is in talks for a supporting role. 
The cast of Vicky Cristina Barcelona hit NYC last night, missing a few stars but still showing off the steaminess that makes the movie so hotly anticipated. Scarlett didn't join the group, maybe because she's sick of answering questions about Barack Obama or her fiance Ryan. Her costar Patricia Clarkson brought a little va-va-voom, but even Woody skipped the red carpet in his home town.

The steamy stars of Vicky Cristina Barcelona did not disappoint, bringing a little bit of glamor to Hollywood last night for its big red carpet premiere. It's hard to say which of the lovely ladies looked most spectacular between Penelope in black, Salma in white, and Scarlett very much living up to her name. Night and day from her Teen Choice dress, but boo on no Ryan Reynolds again.
