Elegant looks were out in force at
Elle's 15th Annual Women In Hollywood tribute event in LA yesterday. The annual event paid tribute to women working successfully in the film industry including Nicole Kidman, Jane Fonda, Isla Fisher, Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway and Sigourney Weaver. Brit actresses Lena Headey and Kate Beckinsale flew the flag for the UK — I adore Kate's simple one-shouldered white gown.

The
Emmys brought out some
gorgeous gowns to the red carpet on Sunday, but a few stars got equally fancy for the Metropolitan Opera 125th Season Opening Night Gala in NYC last night. Helena Christensen and Christie Brinkley showed they haven't lost any of their model beauty, while Parker Posey went a little funkier with her
big bow. Jenny Humphrey was being bullied at school on last night's episode of
Gossip Girl, but in real life Taylor Momsen was looking very grown up and almost unrecognizable in her dramatic red ruffles.

Raised in a family of film and music aficionados, it was destined that Anya Teresse meld her influences from her parents, Kate and Kass, into her passion of designing. From the time she was 12 years old,
Kate and Kass designer, Anya Teresse, started using her lunch money to buy vintage clothing.
Drawing inspiration from classic old films and strong female figures from the past and present, Teresse designs clothing filled with strength, quirk, and femininity.
Holy Guacamole! Jane Fonda, as many of you may have heard, was on The Today Show with Eve Ensler promoting her appearance in The Vagina Monologues. While trying to explain why this was an edgy thing for her to do — being from Georgia, I guess — she jokes about how she might as well have been invited to perform in "C**t."

Apparently, Barbarella was the star of many male fantasies back in the day. It's no wonder why — just look at the Queen of the Galaxy. Jane Fonda wowed audiences in the 1968 erotic science fiction Barbarella.

As you know, we've been paying a lot of attention to
weddings this season on the Sugar Network. This week, we're wrapping up our coverage by talking about what happens when the honeymoon's over and the newlyweds begin their lives together.
Barefoot in the Park
As far as newlywed movies go, this one is a classic favorite.

Wow. That Jane Fonda is one hot mama. I cannot believe she had the nerve to crawl into Colbert's lap and make him lose his composure.

In
Georgia Rule, Lilly (Felicity Huffman) has her hands full with her smart and troubled teen Rachel (Lindsay Lohan). Lilly hopes that a few summer weeks in Idaho with her grandmother, the rule-loving Georgia (Jane Fonda), will straighten Rachel out before she goes off to college. But alas, things don’t start off well.

Lindsay, Jane and Felicity were out last night to celebrate the long-awaited, at least in these circles, premiere of Georgia Rule in NYC. And Heee-eeeeyy! It looks like the ladies coordinated their outfits so they were tripsies!

Just in case you weren't aware of this yet,
Georgia Rule opens this Friday May 11 and it stars Lindsay Lohan in a role that seems like it was made for her. She plays a rebellious young lady whose mother (Felicity Huffman,
who I love) sends her to live with her strict-but-loving grandmother (Jane Fonda). I'm excited to see this movie because the two older women are awesome, and, admittedly I'm curious to watch Lindsay Lohan do something for the cameras besides flashing the peace sign or her unmentionables.
