I enjoy the imperfections in my life, and I don't have any illusions of grandeur. But sometimes I feel like I should be entitled to a little glamour in my life, even if I'm not making appearances at red carpet events. Amy Adams's character, Delysia, in Miss Pettigrew Lives For a Day has it right: a knock-out Art Deco apartment with the style, fashion, and flair of the days of the greats like Carole Lombard and Clark Gable.

Fearne Cotton was on presenting duties as usual this weekend at Radio One, and had yet another bag I am lusting after – seriously, how many Mulberry bags does this girl own?! Well, in October's issue of Glamour magazine, Fearne has her own shopping supplement to herself – Fearne's Fashion Bible – in which she says she owns 35 bags, 80 pairs of shoes (not including trainers) and has three rooms in her house filled with clothes and accessories. Plus she has Steve Jones.

The new issue of Glamour has a lovely photo shoot with Nicole Richie, but what really caught my eye was a quote from Nicole: "The best tip I ever got from a hair pro was to curl my hair with a flat iron." Say what? On second thought, I felt like I may have witnessed this backstage during Fashion Week, but not in the hands of a mere hair novice like myself.

Having looked dreamy at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, Chace Crawford donned a pair of sunnies and a low key outfit for a stroll around West Hollywood the next day.
