So last night the first series of Gossip Girl sadly came to a close with all of the series storylines finally being fully explained and resolved. It was a sad yet fun episode with all of the characters best sides being exaggerated. If you missed it be sure to catch up over at

It was a relief to catch up with the Upper Eastsiders after last week's cliffhanger ending. It's a great episode that was sure to make you gasp and shout at the screen (especially certain new characters!) There wasn't a great deal of fashion as Serena spent the majority of the episode in a bath robe (yet still looked amazing) but you can always rely on Chuck. I know I often talk (maybe excessively) about how good this weeks episode was but I honestly think that this one was the best so far. It had a distinct Mean Girls feel which can never be a bad thing (sadly no Lohan though). Everything was really shaken up as the truth about Blair and Chuck was finally revealed.

Gossip Girl titled "Hi, Society" was full of truth and lies with Lily Van Der Woodsen impressing me the most. There was also the return of Chuck which pleased both Pop UK and myself as drama seems to follow him around. We got to meet three generations of Van Der Woodsen and see our favourite Upper East siders dressed up again for the debutante ball.
