Last night the Bambi Awards took place in Germany bringing together European celebrities alongside the likes of Pink, Britney Spears and Leona Lewis. There was also an unusual meeting between Karl Lagerfeld and Britney as he presented her with the Best International Popstar award.
Amazingly, it seems that Karl is enamored with the popstar as he tells her,
"I'd admire you not only for your art but also for your energy.

I always think that Alber Elbaz, the creative director of Lanvin seems adorable. The Israeli designer has been at Lanvin since 2001 and the collections seem to keep getting better.
This week he spoke to WWD and expressed the need to be emotional.

For the Hollywood Film Festival Awards, Jennifer collaborated with the actress on her sleek, all-black look. Though from afar it looks like a dress, it's actually a Karen Zambos top, Alexis LaMontagna skirt, and Tiffany earrings.

When I saw Rachel Roy's Spring '09 presentation last month, it was love. She crafts delectable, exotic clothes. It wasn't surprising, then, that she was very sweet when we met her at the opening of Chanel's Mobile Art Pavilion.

As if hearing the man behind Chanel isn't thrilling enough, we chatted with sweetheart designer Zac Posen at the opening of Chanel's mobile art pavilion. He looked quite dapper — he was one of the few who actually bundled up — and joshed around with Karl, aw. Zac was very kind and spoke profoundly about his process.

Last night while the ladies were battling it out in Chanel at the opening of Chanel's mobile art pavilion in New York's Central Park, it was all about Karl Lagerfeld, Sarah Jessica Parker, and art! Quite the dynamic trio. While Sarah confessed to loving Chanel bags, Karl delivered some fun nuggets.
