Drew Barrymore had a guy friend by her side out around LA yesterday afternoon. She was casual from her head to her mismatched shoes and we even got a glimpse of her tongue ring. She supposedly got the piercing as a birthday present for Justin Long but seems the mouth jewelry lasted longer than the relationship.

Drew Barrymore gets into the election season spirit on the cover of November's Harper's Bazaar. Like lots of other celebrities, she wants to encourage young people to vote while at the same time she endorses Barack Obama. Drew also opened up to the magazine about finding herself after turning 30, saying:

Drew Barrymore looked carefree as she left the Kinara salon in West Hollywood yesterday, maybe because she heard the news Kirsten Dunst and Justin Long have supposedly split. That extra bounce in her step could also be from one of the many guys she's been flirting with, but don't expect to see her making out with Ed Westwick again anytime soon. According to a friend, Drew's Chuck Bass smooching was just a joke for the cameras and the actress is more serious about her other twentysomething flings.

The fourth annual Clinton Global Initiative continued on yesterday with an appearance by Drew Barrymore who cozied up with the former president himself. Drew was there as part of her involvement with the United Nations World Food Programme and despite the other fun we saw her having in NYC this week — making out with Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick — it's clear she's got more on her mind than boys. Now, just wonder if after her big day of doing good and discussing the state of the world at the conference, she celebrated with a night on the town with her younger gentleman friend?

Drew Barrymore was out with friends in NYC yesterday, armed with Starbucks for some energy after her busy weekend. Despite her awkward run-in with Kirsten Dunst on Saturday night, apparently Drew managed to have some fun by spending the evening flirting with a mystery man. This isn't the first time Kirsten has been spotted with one of Drew's exes, but there's nothing like a new guy to take a girl's mind off old drama.

Kirsten Dunst was looking particularly smiley in NYC on Saturday, but she found herself in a little bit of drama earlier that night. She stopped by SNL to support her Spider-Man costar James Franco, and ran into Drew Barrymore who was there to cheer on her BFF Cameron for her cougar cameo. Apparently Drew wasn't too happy to see her ex Justin Long's rumored new flame and the ladies had to split off with their respective celebrity buddies.

Drew Barrymore snuggled into some very comfy looking clothes walking around the West Village in NYC with a friend on Friday. She's recently been hanging out in Austin filming her directorial debut Whip It and generally laying low after her breakup with Justin Long. After getting so used to always seeing her sucking face with him all over town it's refreshing to see her rolling solo again and looking happy out and about back home in Manhattan.

Drew Barrymore kept an eye on things from behind the scenes on the set of her directorial debut Whip It in Austin in Monday as Ellen Page got a piggyback ride from a costar. Their project is carrying on despite Justin Long dropping out earlier this Summer when he was too sad about the split to work with his ex Drew though he seems fine consoling himself with Kirsten Dunst. Meanwhile it looks like Drew is pouring all her energy into her career — her production company recently acquired the rights to turn the book How to Be Single into a movie.
