Josh Duhamel looked super hot showing off his stroke at the ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic in LA yesterday. He was even sporting his
favorite golf shirt to complete the manjoyment look. He competed against DL Hughley and Don Cheadle for charity, but it doesn't look like Fergie was there to cheer him on.

If the always-amazing Don Cheadle weren't in this new movie Traitor, I probably would have greeted its trailer with a big old "meh." But while the preview makes it look like another one of those run-of-the-mill espionage thrillers Hollywood churns out regularly, the talent involved suggests that I shouldn't necessarily be so quick to judge.
In addition to Cheadle, the movie co-stars the terrific (and handsome) Guy Pearce (of Memento and an
odd movie that no one's promoting with Catherine Zeta-Jones), as well as Jeff Daniels. Another fun fact about this project: Steve Martin (yes, the funny one) co-wrote the movie and is an executive producer.
Basically the trailer shows official-looking CIA types acting stressed out, and there is a lot of secret-keeping and secret-sharing. The movie opens August 27 so to take a look for yourself and tell me what you think, .

BFF family trip to Hawaii, and this year they were back together for a different reason. The Boston boys showed off their skills, along with friends like Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle, at the
2nd annual Ante Up for Africa charity poker tournament in Las Vegas last night. From the looks of those big smiles, they didn't have a problem whether they were losing or winning, it was all for a good cause.

The Great Debaters including Best Actor and Best Motion Picture. The evening also included Hall of Fame winner Stevie Wonder who has quite a few fabulous things to say about Obama and Hillary as well as a great performance.

We recently heard the news that Starz is turning the 2006 Best Picture Oscar winner
Crash into a television series. Much of the movie's original creative team — including the director Paul Haggis and his co-writer Bobby Moresco — is reassembling for the project, which is encouraging, though I still wonder what shape it will take. According to Don Cheadle, who will produce the series, "This series will present an opportunity to delve into many subjects, not just race relations in LA.

George Clooney and Sarah Larson continued their
romantic and honorable week in Italy with a stop to hang out with the Mayor of Rome, Walter Veltroni, at the capital building. You know, no big deal, just some face time with the mayor on his balcony. Probably just where Sarah Larson expected she'd be when she made her year's predictions last December.
