The red carpet was crowded with lovely ladies (and a few lucky guys) at the
Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards in LA last night. Ginnifer Goodwin got some love from her boyfriend Chris Klein, who was there to cheer her on as she won the MaxMara "Face of the Future" Award. Salma Hayek was also one of the honorees, taking home the 2008 Lucy Award for her work as an actress, producer, and executive producer.

Wow, these hot ladies were rocking the red carpet last night in LA! Actresses of all ages and abilities were out for the
Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards, where Ginnifer Goodwin got some love from her boyfriend Chris Klein as well as from the voters when she won the Face of the Future Award. Salma Hayek was
dressed in a super-smart ensemble and took home the 2008 Lucy Award for her work acting and producing.

All sorts of celebrities spent their Sunday afternoon in Santa Monica at the 10th Annual Express Yourself Gala to support
PS Arts. The organization's goal is to restore and maintain arts education in schools, something that obviously is near and dear to lots of actors in Hollywood. Jack Black was
sporting a newly bleached 'do for the event, matching his little towheaded son.

Freddie Prinze Jr. and Chris Klein brought their New York City Serenade to the
Toronto Film Festival last night. It was a boys' night out too - so sadly no SMG or Ginnifer in sight.
Chris Klein and Ginnifer Goodwin screened
their film, Day Zero at the Tribeca Film Festival this weekend. In the movie Chris and Elijah Wood play New Yorkers who are drafted for the military and have only 30 days to prepare for duty. Ginnifer plays Chris' wife in the film - how perfect is that?

Chris and Ginnifer were either looking bored or annoyed while shopping together in West Hollywood this week. What, no smiles for us, kids? But there's so much to be excited about!

Details Magazine teamed up with Emporio Armani to throw a little shindig in LA last night, and some of my very favorites showed up to play. Okay, I'm mostly talking about Adam Brody (must.ignore.his.need.to.shave). The cast of Big Love was also in the house, including always cute (plus, more and more Katie Holmes looking) Ginnifer.

For
last week's Recast challenge, I asked you guys to tackle the long-running and brilliantly enduring sitcom
"Cheers." The actors who played these colorful, oddly familiar characters really helped make the show what it was, but BuzzSugar readers came up with some fitting replacements who could honor the show's legacy.
The versatile
Hugh Laurie surfaced twice: once as Frasier on
Staceygirl's list and again when
BeanBagChair picked him to play Cliff. I also really loved Staceygirl's choices of Janeane Garafalo for Carla and Paul Giamatti as Norm.

One of my favorite things about Sundance is so many of my favorite celebs come out of the woodwork at the same time. Zooey Dechanel may not be plastered all over the tabloids like Paris and Lindsay, but she'll always have a special place in my heart (she was the inspiration for
BuzzSugar, after all). She was the best part of Almost Famous, the only bearable part of Failure to Launch, and an extra added bonus to the always-awesome Weeds.
