Heather Locklear Charged With Driving Under the Influence Following her arrest back in September, Heather Locklear was charged today for driving under the influence of prescription medications. Though she tested negative for alcohol and illegal drugs, the DA determined that her prescriptions may have impaired her ability to drive a car.

Kanye West Arrested, And Cleared of Charges Kanye was arrested at a hotel in Gateshead, England early this morning after allegedly getting into a fight with a photographer on his way out of the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle. After a short investigation, Kanye was released from police custody without charges.

After days of deliberation and even more additional time for both sides to argue their case this morning, the jury was unable to reach a verdict in Britney Spears's driving without a license case. The judge ruled the whole thing a mistrial when the jury came back still unable to reach a decision. Apparently 10 jurors voted not guilty while two were stuck on guilty.

OJ Simpson Found Guilty, Focusing on Coming Appeal After being found guilty of kidnapping and robbery, OJ Simpson is being being held away from other prisoners for his own safety, and is planning a motion for new trial. He's waiting to see if he'll be released on bond pending that appeal, a move considered unlikely due to the seriousness of the crimes he was convicted of.

Heather Locklear was arrested last night in Santa Barbara and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, but there was no alcohol involved. The cops believe that she was "driving erratically" and seemed "disoriented and impaired" due to prescription medication. She was released without having to post bail.
