Courteney Cox and Demi Moore's friends and family came out to support their directorial debuts last night at the Director's Guild of America headquarters in LA. Courteney's The Monday Before Thanksgiving and Demi's Streak are two of three short films,
which you can watch here, produced for Glamour's Annual Reel Moments event. Courteney said she
would love to be a director again, while Demi was
happy to work with her daughter, Rumer.

It was a family affair for Rumer Willis at
The House Bunny premiere at Mann Village Theater in LA last night. Ashton, Bruce, Demi and the rest of the gang came out to support her new movie, proving once again how
close the whole family is. Her parents weren't the only ones with dates on their arms, Rumer brought her boyfriend Micah Alberti to pose for photos and see the film.
Good girl, bad girl. You have to admire a girl who can do a fashion double take. Though risky, Brittany took a chance in her black PVC mini, white tank and killer Jimmy Choo studded heels at the
Teen Choice Awards Pre-Party.

Bright, bold and sassy was the theme of the night for the ladies on the
Teen Choice Awards blue carpet, but unlike those
casual (though cute) boys they got a little dressy for the occasion. The girls stayed away from the dramatic hair and makeup — check out
Bella's love it or hate it polls here — though kept things exciting with their dresses of choice. There was a pretty even split between the short and flirty from the likes of Rachel Bilson, Blake Lively and Scarlett Johansson and the long and flowy from Lauren Conrad and Fergie.

Teen queen Brittany Snow looks lovely in her mini floral print strapless dress. Thanks to those hot red pumps, her look really pops. I never noticed how blue her eyes are; the blue flowers in her frock brighten them.

For me, there are two big issues with writer/director Peter Tolan's feature-length debut: some crazy, disconcerting tonal shifts and a crazy, disconcerting casting choice. There's also a third, less important issue adding to my perplexity about
Finding Amanda which is that Matthew Broderick lifelessly sleepwalks through his role.
Tonally, the movie seems to have no idea what it wants to be and vacillates between screwball comedy, dark humor, high drama, and bleak character study.
The friendly and fabulous Brittany Snow was doing her thing on MTV's TRL and simultaneously provided a look worth copying. What a doll. Her look is an easy one to imitate and you probably already have some of the necessary pieces.

You know, if someone told me
Ferris Bueller grew up to have a gambling problem, I'd totally believe it. Which is probably why I watched the trailer for
Finding Amanda with a little smile. It looks like the first role in a long time that lets Matthew Broderick stretch those acting muscles we know are in there, and he's paired with the lovely Brittany Snow.
