Brad Pitt turned paparazzi on his beloved brood
for the November issue of W. While the actor, his partner, Angelina Jolie, and their six offspring — Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox — often find themselves the subject of snapping shutterbugs, this time daddy Brad was behind the lens and calling the shots.
The Jolie-Pitts had Chateau Miraval in the south of France as a breathtaking backdrop and, most likely, state of the art cameras, makeup artists, and lighting technicians, but many moms and pops are able to capture their family's essence on film. Whether the pictures grace the pages of a major magazine or a handmade scrapbook or album doesn't make a difference.

If you want to spark a debate, just gab about America's health and child care systems. While many countries offer new mothers a year of maternity leave, most American women get three months maximum. And in regard to financial benefits, there are few.
Blowing The Cover The November 2008 cover of W will not feature the work of Steven Klein or Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, but rather Brad Pitt. The actor shot Angelina Jolie and the rest of the Jolie-Pitt family at Chateau Miraval in southern France last week, marking his first ever turn as cover photographer.

Last week Angelina Jolie announced that she
didn't know who she was voting for yet, and Roseanne Barr took to her blog this weekend to respond to that and Jon Voight's recent endorsement of John McCain. Roseanne didn't hold anything back as she called the Jolie-Pitt kids "dunces" and unleashed a tirade on Brad and Angelina about how they should be supporting Barack Obama. Here is an excerpt:
jon voight your evil spawn angelina jolie and her vacuous hubby brad pitt make about forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more.

So, perhaps the name will just be Edwina Salt?
In a curious gender switch and swapping of big Hollywood names, the espionage thriller
Edwin A. Salt will now feature Angelina Jolie in the starring role, as a replacement for Tom Cruise. Apparently, Jolie "took a liking" to the script.
