We've seen a lot of great preview clips for returning shows that will soon be back on the air to tie up last season's cliffhangers. But where's How I Met Your Mother? The CBS comedy finished strong last Spring, aided by a couple of guest appearances by Britney Spears, a great plotline involving Sarah Chalke as a candidate for "the mother," and a cliffhanger that's had me waiting all Summer for an answer.

The adorable cast of How I Met Your Mother minus Jason Segel got together to share a few red carpet laughs in NYC last night at an Academy screening of the show. Alyson looked especially fabulous in her LWD while Jason Radnor looked every bit his character in the untucked shirt, tie and jeans. At the event Neil Patrick Harris talked about, what else, the possibility of bringing Britney back.

We're sad to see our favorite TV shows head to hiatus for another Summer, but luckily the stars of the small screen are still coming out to play in Hollywood. Last night Alyson Hannigan, Minka Kelly, and Taylor Momsen got dolled up for the 36th Annual FiFi Awards in NYC. The ladies helped honor the night's big winners, which included Daisy Marc Jacobs and Intimately Beckham Women.

Yesterday, Alyson Hannigan made an appearance on MTV's TRL with short, funky, feathered bangs. It made me take notice since I wouldn't normally peg her as the '80s rocker type. I think it looks cute, as does her short, straight blunt-cut bangs, and her side-swept bangs — all styles which she's worn over the past six months.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall seems to be everywhere these days, and last night it was in LA for a big Hollywood premiere. The entire endearing cast was out for the event and to talk about seeing Jason Segel naked. Yup.
