The time has come my Fab friends. After combing through
every Spring '09 collection, I am in love with clothes (and accessories) all over again. There was chatter about the economy and whether or not designers' collections were going to respond.
LA Fashion Week, Spring 2009: Lauren Conrad I'm sure it was a
raging afterparty because it looks like our
Hills heroine put on a successful
Lauren Conrad Collection runway show last night. Her Spring lineup was inspired by the beauty of Spring. OK, that's sort of ambiguous — allow me to elaborate.
Fab Blab: Marc Jacobs on Why He Wore Heels and Skirt Throughout the fashion weeks Marc Jacobs confused me with his unusual clothing choices. First he wore a skirt during
New York Fashion Week, and then he wore heels to take a bow at Louis Vuitton.

Whitley's Kros bohemian babe continues her journey through another LA Fashion Week. This time, striped tunics, easy-wear silk separates, animal prints, and the necessary Spring jumpsuit are falling out of her suitcase. Colors range from ivory to sherbet hues and vivid brights.

The past few weeks have been filled with
Fashion Weeks galore, and on Thursday night Maggie helped get things started in LA, hosting the SoyJoy's Fashionably Natural show. The runways showcased designs made with organic materials like bamboo and soy, and Maggie
talked a little about how she tries to keep Ramona dressed in eco-friendly ensembles. While news of Maggie and Jake's parents'
supposed split hit the media this week, we're glad that Maggie still has a smile on her face and great things to say about her family.

Who, what, where (or wear)? These are the questions people had running through their heads when the
Spring Fashion Weeks were in effect. We were mostly focusing on the clothes rather than who dominated the front rows, but let us also dissect the guests.

Or should I say wrinkle in a time machine? This 1980s hairstyle often pops up here and there, reminding us that crinkly, crimpy hair will probably never die.
Featured in several shows from Paris to London to New York, the style ranged from severe Christian Dior (upper left) to a more straight down, everyday style à la Christian Lacroix, Ruffian, and Karen Walker.
