that´s a quick recover for Travis.

I read he refused the breath analyzer at the scene but the hospital did a BAC which came back under the legal limit or inconclusive.. since he was cleared of causing the accident and was the actual only injured party/victim..they dropped the charges but still have him on refusing to cooperate at the scene.. which might be due to his temper (being the victim and accused by the police of being the cause and drunk)..

Who knows.. he will lose his license for about the same amount of time as if he had been found guilty of a misdemeanor DUI so it is almost a wash.

I'm glad to hear Travis will be getting out of the hospital in two weeks.

I hope Adam is doing well and will recover soon also.

that sux about losing his license. it's bad enough his truck was wrecked, his hand mangled, then he gets all this blame, now he can't drive. booo. driving is fun, the law is meanies, lol! hope he celebrates his success in ee by getting a kik ass new car. 4 more hours til i get to see eagle eye! woop!

He has a second car.. the checkers red cab like the one his agent drove him to his first gig in.. and old checkers cab is pretty solid.

He should be charged with it- absolutely.

i read about shia's good fortune yesterday and i don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. i guess if he wasn't over the limit then that's fine but i think that he still needs to realize that it's not a smart thing to do to drink anything and then drive.
