Hmm I was at this show and it was amazing. It wasn't talking about being of the spotlight he was referring to his career. He also said that anyone who didn't know his music could go to one of this shows and feel like they're gotten to know them.
I must have missed the part of a tearful conversation, all I heard him say was something about having a deep conversation recently, but that's cause the drunk guy next to me kept talking.

Also he said he'd been drinking, not drunk, and then talked about how being a musician the last days of tour is probably the only job you can do while drinking. Then he said he'd like to see Bush light up a giant joint during his last day.

Man, you guys hate him so much I have to feel sorry for him. He is an excellent guitar player however...don't take that from him. John just needs to make music and find a decent non-famous girl (after he cleans up) and stay out of the limelight...like a photographer or something creative but intelligent. OMG This guy is soooooo into himself. I am so glad Jen is not with this douche anymore. Hope he disapears for a while. I heard that the paps were not interested in him anymore so it shouldn't be difficult. Like someone said, he should focus on his music, I mean, I can't stand him but he is talented. It was joke about the conversation that he was having with the band, he said they were having a deep conversation and that a lot tears were exchanged and then said they were drunk.

Wow, amazing how people (who don't know any of the celebrities on this site personally) are so quick to judge and call him names. You saw some pictures and read some headlines, so what? Relax. He's just a guy, doing his job, and trying to enjoy/have fun with all the attention that comes with it, all while being the weird guy that he is. Everyone here is so quick to cast the first stone.
