i don't know if it really makes a difference at this point that mcain apologized - but i guess in the hopes of maintaining a relationship with letterman - it was a good move. that host holds a grudge forever!

i hope that travis gets out soon - i guess his burns were a lot more severe than we even knew. i guess we thought that both men had the same level of injuries but that's obviously not the case. here's to a speedy recovery travis!

The website is cute and a good idea-

* Britney Spears relaunched her website including a blog, childhood pictures and a video introduction where she said she will be providing "videos, stories, music, photos and lots of other cool stuff." — That's great! I'll have to check it out.

* While being treated for his plane crash burns, DJ AM's doctors found a blood clot in his leg that could have killed him. — PeopleEverything happens for a reason! Wow, what a close call for DJ AM in SO many ways.
* John McCain visited The Late Show last night and admitted to David Letterman that he "screwed up" by canceling on him to interview with Katie Couric. — I don't think he screwed up, but I think it was wise of him to SAY he did.
* Will Ferrell is set to make his Broadway debut in a solo comedy called You're Welcome America: A Final Night With George W. Bush. Preview performances will begin on Inauguration Day. — VarietyUGH, Will Ferrell is so useless
* Travis Barker said he will be out of the hospital soon and that his doctors tell him he is recovering quickly. I'll bet his kids are SUPER relieved, I'm glad to hear this. I'm not a fan of Barker, don't know his music, but this whole thing is just so sad.

That's nice that John McCain apologized because it was rude that he cancelled so late but David Letterman did take it too personally.

Will Ferrell's Broadway show sounds pretty cool, he does a great impersonation of George W. Bush.
