I read another article that the 47 million condo is the two top floors of a building that hasn't been built yet, and that they were able to make structural adjustments for her to have an indoor / outdoor pool. The developer said that the condo building is made for people who "value their time and their lifestyle." I guess only super rich people value their lifestyles and their time.

Puh-lease. More like - built for people who have no social conscience and would rather spend 40 times the amount of a regular condo and laugh at the fact that a chunk of the country is in foreclosure.
