Uh, there is a way to have that body through a (dedicated) lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise. And for the body to be in "excellent" health from a medical standpoint. I speak from experience.

Ew, really? She is just not attractive to me. Her face is icky (and looked OLD, even in her early 20s,) and her hips are so awkwardly bony and gross. She just doesn't look healthy to me.
