Courteney Cox Visited the NYC Apartment Building From Friends, and Our Hearts Feel Full

Courteney Cox had us singing, "I'll be there for yooouuu," on Wednesday when she posted a video of her visiting the apartment building from the hit show Friends. The 54-year-old actress — who starred as Monica Geller in the '90s and early-2000s series — stopped by the corner of Grove Street and Bedford Street in NYC to pay homage to the classic sitcom. The site was used to shoot the outside location of the apartment that Monica shares with Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow), Chandler (Matthew Perry), Joey (Matt LeBlanc), and Ross (David Schwimmer).

"The One Where My Rent Went Up $12,000," Cox cleverly captioned the clip, referencing the show's episode titles (and New York's agonizing cost of living). In the video, Cox jokingly waves to the camera, saying, "Goodnight guys, I'm going home!" She then begins to walk toward the complex as the camera pans up while the same music from the series that plays in between scenes begins to sound.

Although Cox just joined Instagram in January, she seems to have the social media game down pat. In February, she offered us a refreshing flashback when she posted an old photo of her and Aniston to celebrate her former costar's 50th birthday. Then in early March, she gave her followers a dose of nostalgia by re-creating the popular "Pivot!" scene from Friends. The show might have ended in 2004, but it will always be there for us, especially when it hasn't been our day, our week, our month, or even our year.
