On Tuesday night, Kelly Clarkson sat down with Jimmy Fallon to discuss what she's been up to. Turns out, she's been up to quite a bit, notably filming her own daytime talk show! The Voice judge disclosed more details about The Kelly Clarkson Show, which was picked up by NBCUniversal Owned Television Station Group. Clarkson will host the show and produce it alongside her husband, Brandon Blackstock. The show is set to air in Fall 2019, and will come on right before The Ellen DeGeneres Show (a perfect combo, no?). Unsurprisingly, Clarkson's show will be very music oriented and she'll use the same band that goes on tour with her.

"We sing every day on the show and do this fan request thing — it's really fun," Clarkson said. "On the pilot, I got people to sing with me and do a little skit. It's very musical." In a statement on Wednesday, NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations president Valari Staab said they're "very excited" to have the show on the air. "She's genuine, warm, fun and interacts with her fans in a meaningful way," she went on. "Throughout her career people of all ages and backgrounds have related to her openness, honesty and curiosity."

Although Clarkson is excited about the show, there is one qualm she has about it: talking too much. "I love talking. It's like my favorite past time," she said, laughing. "It's hard for me to shut up, though. Like, you have to listen to people that come on your show." Personally, we wouldn't mind watching a show where only Kelly Clarkson sings and talks, but we see her point. Watch the singer and soon-to-be talk show host dish more on the show and other projects in the video above.
