Nicole Richie pulled her long hair back into a ponytail and donned a Winter white coat at LAX yesterday. Nicole was the most improved celeb of 2007 and this year she continues to grow into her role as a mature, philanthropic woman and mother. Victoria Beckham Gets Her First Holiday Gift

Victoria Beckham dressed in black from her gloves to her shoes as she made her way through Heathrow earlier today. Her trip overseas to show off her new dress line was short and sweet, but her new collection is quickly becoming a huge hit. Apparently the line is already sold out after Victoria's promotional event at Selfridges yesterday. Sounds like it's going to be a particularly happy holiday in the Beckham household this year, even if some of her fans will have to wait to get their hands on her pieces.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes went old Hollywood style for their black and white photo shoots featured in the Holiday/Reinvention Issue of T Magazine. In their respective interviews, Tom and Katie both talk about their careers, fame, and family life. You can check out video interviews with both, but here are highlights:

Katie on Broadway: "I’ve been looking for years to do a play. The first time I came to New York, I was with my mom. We stayed at the Marriott Marquis, and we went to Sardi’s, which was amazing. But best of all, we went to see Annie I could get up on a table now and sing 'The sun will come out tomorrow.' Now I take Suri to the theater. She’s seen Hairspray twice — she waves hello to Tracy Turnblad and says ‘Hi, Tracy.’ She thinks she knows her."
Katie on her public image: "There’s a misperception about me that I just became this wallflower, this woman who doesn’t have any control of her life. That I just became a wife. And that’s pretty wrong. From the very beginning, I’ve made choices in my life that have been very strong. When I met Tom, I was completely in love and, yes, I admired him growing up — he’s Tom Cruise! And, yes, I followed his movies and maybe had his photo up on my wall. I thought, How does he do what he does? And when I met him, he was so warm and I thought, Wow! You can be a superstar and a human being. He made me feel so amazing."
Tom on his first trip to LA:: "I met Sean Penn while we were shooting Taps, and afterward he said, 'You have to come to L.A.' So I flew out, and Penn picked me up at the airport and drove me around L.A. We went to Nicholson’s house. And Brando’s. And Dustin Hoffman’s. We didn’t go in, but we thought, 'What do you think those guys are doing right now?’"

Jessica Alba was loving the black and brown look as she showed up in Paris yesterday with Cash after their Campari party in Milan the night before. Jessica went shopping with her fab Jimmy Choo bag for what looks like adorable outfits for baby Honor. Lauren Takes Her Hairy Man to Crown Bar

Lauren Conrad did her best to weave through the crowd outside of Crown Bar in LA last night with a bearded Kyle Howard. This week on The Hills, Audrina apologized to LC about the Justin Bobby drama, but the attitude on her blog post seemed a little bitter. It doesn't sound like everything is completely patched up between the two girls just yet, but now that the show's gossip has turned to Heidi and Spencer's bikini honeymoon, maybe LC and Audrina can quietly continue to work on their friendship.

It Takes No Reading to See Kate's Red Carpet Hotness

Kate Winslet looked smoking hot premiering one of her two Oscar buzz-earning movies, The Reader in NYC last night. While there was a slight delay due to projection issues, the screening went well and there was certainly nothing wrong with the stars' choice of attire. Despite last month's airbrushing controversy, Kate donned a daring Herve Leger dress alongside her costar Ralph Fiennes. While this movie has some Kate acting buzz, it's nothing compared to her reunion with Leo in Revolutionary Road. While she and DiCaprio have aged a bit, fans everywhere are swooning to see them on screen again. Kate has a few more premieres ahead of her, but it will be hard for her to top this hot little number for the rest of her red carpets.

Jennifer Garner was out in LA yesterday and the day before making school runs to pick up Violet. Jen's belly is getting big but that isn't stopping her from picking up her growing toddler — but who can resist Violet in a tutu? Heidi did her best Blue Steel at an autograph signing session for Victoria's Secret before heading to the airport yesterday. She and the rest of the angels have been working overtime for the holidays, including the sexy runway show we got to watch last night. Heidi's been busy on her trip to NYC, but VS isn't the only project on her mind. She and Britney shared hugs and compliments at Britney's 27th birthday bash, and now there are a whispers that Heidi's trying to get Britney as a guest on a Project Runway. Britney may not be Hollywood's biggest fashionista, but seeing the pop star sitting on the judges' side of the runway would definitely be a reason to tune in.

Heidi and Spencer Bikini Honeymoon Photos!

It's the photos you've all been waiting for! Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's honeymoon photos are out and they're everything we would have hoped and more. In case you missed it (and if so, how?) Heidi and Spencer eloped in Cabo just before Thanksgiving and immediately afterward, of course the cameras joined them. Seriously, there are so many of them, each more special than the last. Heidi and Spencer are back now, of course, and Spencer's already in a feud with Heidi's mom over her statements deriding their marriage. Spencer called into Seacrest this morning to chat about it saying she's probably just hurt and that he and Heidi had just filmed with Mrs. Montag yesterday. Heidi also spoke out saying she's "extremely disappointed" about all the criticism they've gotten. For now, I think you just need to take a look at the photos — they're so worth it. Congrats again to Mr. and Mrs. Pratt!
